    Stayed at Indo Contonental for 7 days durind December 2017. The hotel is located near New Delhi Railway Station. The rooms are comfortable. Staff is courteous. Hotel has got own restaurant. However, no buffet system. Even breakfast is Ala Carte. Laundry service is expensive. Overall a value for money hotel.... More

    This hotel is very near to railway station. We visited this hotel for 4 nights from 11 Dec, room quality of hotel is good & cleanliness were done daily by the hotel, food quality of the hotel is average and bit expensive also service of the hotel is at par but good part is that hotel has their own travel desk which help to explore nearby sightseeing at affordable cost....     Every thing..!! I booked a family suite, but when I reach the hotel that is already booked to someone else, they don't even know that we have a booking ,they gave us a triple shareing room with one extra matters on floor, bathrooms is worst then public toilet, staff is pathetic, they even charge for the water bottle which I asked in morning, haven't provide any breakfast which is included in package..! I personally Not recommend this hotel to any one , waste of money ...! Don't be fooled by them..!... More

    This was my second time in Indo Continental and it was like meeting friends again. The staff all very helpful and friendly, the management very good. This is a hotel good for a long term stay. I have been there for a month for a dentist treatment nearby. I saw other guests also staying longer and they also were very satisfied with the service. I got all the help I needed and will come back again. The price is reasonable and everything is easy to reach.The Train station and Metro are nearby.I really can recomment this hotel .... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
