    I stayed here on 28th Nov 2015. The hotel room was number 2. The pillow covers, bed sheets appeared very old and not that clean. The bathroom was not cleaned before giving it to me. There were used soap and shampoo packets in the bathroom. There was no telephone in the room. Also, one tea, bread butter sandwich and a litre of water bottle cost 180/- rupees which was too expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ... More

    Rooms were very damp & without any sun light which enhance more cold in Delhi now & they do not provide any room heater. They do not provide even daily newspaper. You are to wait at least 40 mins to get food from room service. Cleartrip personnel should visit this type of hotels before recommendation at their site.     Hotel is very close to railway station. Room very well equipped, air conditioning works well but it's turned off during the day, Wi-Fi well-functioning and free. Very clean, but you can see signs of damage, especially on the white sofa, that was all gray and made ​​depressing. No hot water. Food can be ordered directly to the room, very tasty. When we ordered meals the person receiving the order had a problem with English language. Service also not very well speak English. Overall impression very good. I recommend!... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
