    I will suggest not to book this hotel as this hotel is not trustworthy. I was travelling with my wife and kid and I booked this hotel for 14 December 2015 and 15 December 2015 10 days prior but just to one-day before I get a call telling me that the room is not available on 14th of December. which is a very very bad thing for the hotel to tell their customer on the travelling date and I had to book another hotel. never ever stay here. ...     Centrally located budget hotel. market, metro station all are very near. Rooms are OK, spacious and clean. cable quality was not good. Assist you in city trips and around trips. Have a good luggage storage service. Overall, ok if you are on tight budget. This is secured and provides basic service.... More

    Disgusting staff and very dirty hotel

    This place is located in the Karol Bagh area. The rooms are really dirty. The bathrooms are really insect friendly. The door on the room i was in didn't even close properly. Don't even come close to the walls as they can leave a white powder on your clothes. To top all this the waiters / room service staff constantly keep begging for tips. Many times i have called room service and given an order, within a minute a staff member would come to the room and ask the order again and beg for tips, it was disgusting to be asked for tips even before they did the job. The food though was fine. My plan included breakfast and the parathas provided was nice and tasty.... More

    This hotel certainly over promises and under delivers. I was unfortunate enough to have booked this hotel for the first night in Delhi and had been told a complementary pick up from the airport was involved, which I organised by email. When we arrived in Delhi there was no one waiting to pick us up, and when I called the phone number they had given me, it did not connect. After pre-paying for a taxi (350 INR) to take me and my partner to the hotel (which it took the taxi driver an hour to find) the Hotel staff were unapologetic. Our "double air conditioned room" was two single beds pushed together and there was no air conditioning, just a noisy fan. The staff kept banging on our door and asking us if we wanted food or drinks. I asked for a Kingfisher, and one of the staff bought me a beer with the label scratched off - this beer was not kingfisher and was quite disgusting. When we went to check out and pay the 1200 rupee a night (unfortunately we booked two nights) there were four men standing behind the desk and asked me for 3000 rupee. I told them we were paying 2400 only (as previously agreed) and they said there was taxes (luxery tax - what a joke!) on top, which were not included in the price quoted by asia rooms. After a lot of argument and me explaining that 10% of 2400 is not 600 we ended up paying around 2800. Since then we have stayed in 10 other hotels in India for around 1200 rupee or less, and they have all been much nicer and with friendlier, more helpful staff. My girlfriend also felt very uncomfortable with the constant staring at her from the staff. I would urge other guests to find alternative accommodation.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
