    I stayed recently at this place. Rooms were pathetic, no cleanliness, cocroches every where, NO AC, dirty bedsheets and towel. I felt cheated to book this kind of nasty hotel. Receptionist was sitting naked just wrapping towel to lower body. Third class services, one plus point they are next to Station.... More

    The hotel has nothing great to offer except that it is right opposite Grant Road station and so is extremely well connected. They do not have a restaurant so you are on your own. The rooms and the service are average. Not expensive hotel.... More

    We had to get work done at home coz of some leakage issues coz of a burst pipe so had to stay in a hotel for a little over a week. We had stayed in another hotel near home for the first 2 nights but it was not nice so decided to move. Hira Palace seemed like a good choice since it was close by and very reasonable. Of course, don’t go by the looks on the outside since it doesn’t look all that nice, but inside its quite comfortable. It’s old and not very well maintained, but its clean which was good enough for us in the circumstances.... More

    we are experiencing water leakage issues and are therefore compelled to stay at hotels near home. we have already stayed at another hotel near our house but had to shift as my mother couldnt handle the smell of nonveg food always being cooked. since budget is the only criteria we stayed at hira and i have no complaints. its awful to look at from the outside, but once in, looks like an old home which has not been maintained much. not bad given the price and circumstances. we got a good deal as were staying for a week atleast. the good part is that kailash parbat is just near the buildiing and so our food came piping hot which is not normally the case with home deliveries....     Room and bathroom were clean.bathroom is little small,but have all facilities.TV was not working.The room was air-conditioned. hotel is on the 3rd floor.Area of the hotel is noisy and untidy.Also entrance to the hotel is very small.It is cheap hotel near grant road and many embassys.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
