    Very rude manager & rowdy Behaviour of staffs. Dingy room with big bed covering the entire room with no space left. Smelly damp rooms and linen. No AC remote. You have to call reception to switch on & off. Forget temp adjustment . Very biased with particular community & have affiliations with political party assessed by display in reception area. You can find better hotels in vicinity.... More

    room was good to stay in a nice budgeted place in an 3xpensive town like mumbai its very near to churni road station, but only problem with this hotel is for the elderly people as there is no lift and your room can be on 2nd to 3rd floor according to availablity ... staff and the hotel management is excellent ,one should stay here for a descent stay with work in town...     i stayed in hotel Hira, Mumbai on 23rd Dec 2017 to 26th Dec 2017 for a family trip. if you are with family and if looking for good budget hotel in mumbai, then you must book a room in hotel hira. we booked non ac double room. its sufficient for family of 3. cleanliness and location is the USP of this hotel. manager/reception person and the staff is very supportive and polite. hotel is centrally located near ChurniRoad station. (5 mins walkable distance) girgaon chowpatty/ marine drive is also within 5-10 mins reach. it takes around 15-20 mins only to reach to main locations like CST/ churchgate/Gateway of india via taxi. they have limited canteen facility (they searve Tea/Coffee and bread omlette/bread butter jam etc things only) but if you want they can bought the food for you from outside as a part of room service. our room is facing road side, but it wasn't noisy. overall very nice stay....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
