    I went with my son and booked in advance and selected Deluxe AC room worth around 3000/ while I was getting same room through Go ibibo and was getting in Rs1400 anyway room was very small and all linens were dirty I will never suggest to stay it is complete vegetarian and alcohol not allowed.toiletries were substandard food we tasted it was below average and over priced.Toilet was dirty and I am attaching some of the photo...     I stay in this hotel in 7 to 10 jan 17, I call my relatives to come to meet me in hotel. Because full day I am with company meeting. But hotel staff they don't allow to my room and they not mention any where that guest r not allowed, and they say sir in Kolkata so many call girl in front of my cousin sister, and uncle.     We stayed here during our 22 day Trivandrum-Sikkim road-trip for two nights. Excellent location; for example, walkable distance from Howrah Bridge. The rooms lack maintenance, the infrastructure is very old and the toilets are not very clean. Also, I wasn't very impressed the staff even though some of them were okay. We paid Rs. 3000/- for an AC double room. The restaurant in the building (not sure whether it is run by another management) was excellent serving yummy food. And, the restaurant staff were very good. The hotel organise city tours etc. which I found very reasonable. If you are tourist from another city, best organise it through the hotel. Overall, average hotel. However, if you are visiting Kolkata for a day or two, okay to stay there because of location.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
