    Nice hotel clean and spacious rooms

    Hi everyone, I am writing this review after such a long time I've been in a visit to New Delhi last week and booked this hotel via oyo rooms at a cheaper cost let me tell you the room was really spacious clean bed clean bathroom and overall very good place to stay the hotel staff were very polite and cooperative the service was good and overall it was a pretty good experience the location of the hotel was also very perfect it was very near to New Delhi railway station and was at a walking distance from RK Ashram metro station overall I would say that I had no trouble travelling to all parts of New Delhi because of the key location of the hotel and one of the best thing they accepted money using Paytm which was kind of a relief because most of the hotel guys want cash and you have to go out and look for ATM to withdraw cash which is a very tedious process particularly when you are traveling and have a busy schedule so I would give it 4 rating the breakfast could have been a bit better henceforth I am deducting one star overall a nice place to stay and definitely recommend to all the fellow Travellers thank you. ...     You get what you pay for. In airbnb I payed 10 dlls (650 rupees) and stayed extra nights, they charged me here 800 rupees per night. I complained about the sheets and they got me new ones. Food is ok. It is in the center of main bazaar, so its noisy all day long. ... More

    We were able to haggle the 1k a.c. room to just 700 a night all-in meaning they didn't charge us the extra 10% service charge when checking out. It's an ok hotel considering it's a little clean although some parts of the room are a little dusty but it's better than having rat droppings on the bed that i experienced in other delhi inns. The toilet is ok. The tv electric fan and phone was working. Only thing was they kept turning off the a.c. during daytime from their main switch in the lobby even if we were in the room. We had to call from time to time to tell them to switch it on. So overall it's an average hotel near r.k. ashram metro... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
