    The hotel is located at Mumbai-Pune highway. Bit far from lonavla railway station. The rooms are vary spacious but not worth as compared to price. Food is decent, menu is good. Loot of food option is available including desert. But when you order many of the desert item, it is not available. Hotel is pure vegetarian. Staff is good. They provide welcome drink that is what I liked the most about. They also have a pool which is very small. I booked room for 2 days, overall comfortable stay.... More

    I've been thinking of taking travelling seriously, and trying to figure best options to pick the route, book ones stay, finding place to stay, food to eat and things to do when you decide on where one goes. My experience with online booking has been a disaster with the pictures of the rooms being glorified and the service staff just doesn't care where a below average hotel charges you 5 star rates but cannot offer basic amenities. The rates mind you were due to the mad rush of the long weekend. Well to begin with the room was not very well kept. With the paint peeling off and the toilets in displayed conditions. The shower wouldn't regulate water and all you had got was burning hot water. But what ticked me off was the bed bugs when we were to go to bed after a tiring drive to get there and the activities of the day. One got to the attention of the house keeping, he only offered to change the sheets as he claimed that the room was clean before we had checked in. So I asked to see the duty supervisor who came and told me that what's the problem with an ant? As if he new but luckily one of their crawly guest was roaming on the bed and the house keeping guy could not convince us what it was and agreed it was not an ant. We asked to be changed to a new room and if the problem persisted we would check out and wanted our money back. We were told that we can che k out but no refund would be given as we had booked online via makemytrip.com as though the problem was created by them and they would handle it. Will take it up with them and see what they have to say separately. Thankfully the new room was better and we spent the night to leave in the morning. So I'd like to live and learn how one finds a decent place to stay by just not going by ratings you see online.... More

    Not worth the price

    The hotel is mid-range, but the stay was not comfortable for me and my family. There is no elevator, so we had to take the stairs to our rooms. The walls are really thin, so all night we had to cope with sounds of TV and doorbells coming from adjacent rooms. The beds weren't as comfortable either. There is a small restaurant in the hotel, but the food there was horrible and served cold.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
