    Hotel is in complete makeover ��

    I stayed for 2 night and found that this is an average hotel with small rooms. But as i said it is in complete makeover...rooms are been upgraded with comfortable amenities like daikin aircon & lcd tv along with clean wash room. I am satisfied with overall stay as it's plus point is its located near a long route bus stand and there are near by plenty of restaurants. For me average hotel with good pricing 👌... More

    very bad experience.very very small and dirty room.dirty towels,no plaster.above all they have put all fake pictures on cleartrip site.hotel is on 2nd floor and no one even remotely helps with luggage or anything else.we booked from cleartrip after seeing a fake photo.originally awarded room would not qualify even for a third class one,let alone deluxe as it was called.on paying extra money,we could get another room which was slightly bigger in size,bur dirty without any kind of wall decent wall finish.when called,cleartrip simply said it cannot help in any way.so,myadvice is never go to that hotel and never book through cleartrip....     Worst Hotel ever I have seen & stayed

    Worst Hotel ever I have stayed in compare to any hotels of India during last 7 years tour span. Dammed wall, plasterless wall, zero ventilation, 10/8 ft room, 4ft widthed bed(called double bed), broken basin, so..... on. Spl. thanks to Cleartrip for suggesting me such dulicious hotels to stay for 2 nights for me and my poor family. For everyone beware of this hotel and specialy room type Amarant Executive.... More

    Worst room I have stayed ever!

    I had to stay for a night at Hotel Happyland in Mumbai on urgent need. Least I would say is that do not stay there even for free! I checked in on a Saturday afternoon for one night. Room was very small; bathroom was even smaller and did not have any shower. Since most of the hotels around were occupied and AC room was not available anywhere else, I decided to book this. After keeping my luggage, I went out and when I returned, what I found was terrible. I found that the water was leaking from AC pipe and one side of bed was wet. When we called manager, he simply pulled the bed on other side and we now had a big gap between our pillows and the wall. It was very uncomfortable and when we asked to change room, he refused saying they are houseful!! We were totally disappointed but then we did not have any other option! Height was that next day morning they had switched off main electricity switch for our room, excuse was that they did it by mistake. There was no hot water arrangement too. We decided to check out immediately and went to other hotel for further stay. Only plus point of this hotel is its location. It is located right on the main road of Dadar in Mumbai which attracts many guests; and so 1 star. Mind it, there is no lift and hotel is situated on 2nd floor. Located at 2 km from the Shivaji Park, Hotel Happyland Lodge is a budget hotel in Mumbai. It offers free Internet access to guests. The Dadar Railway Station is at 0.7 km from the hotel. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
