we stayed for 3 nights in last november with our family . Our experience was very good. Hospitality , cleanliness, rooms, all are very worthy. We forgot one of our luggage at hotel room but they willingly arranged the same to send our next destination next day. Food was really as per our requirement. we just loved our stay.

Good location of the hotel..prompt room service. However the deluxe room was slightly small for 3 of us as an extra bed has to be put in. The new year dinner which was pretty expensive could have had more options for food and more variety in drinks. The amicable manager Deepa however was very hospitable and made our stay a very pleasant memory.

WORST HOTEL – Pathetic service provided as compared to the price we have paid per night...
1) The door lock was not working... Luckily me and my friend were in twin room which would allow us to use one common exit.. (hotel staff mentioned that locked will be repaired or replace the room which never happened).
2)The air conditioner was not working... there was no remote in the room... & when asked the reception about it. They sent their staff first to check the remote.. (as if we have stolen it) & post that the temperature of the AC doesn’t make any difference , if we keep it at 27 / 30 degree also ,so we had to shut it down.
3) Bathroom exhaust had pigeon nest with pigeon droppings... Stinking.. over and above, during the peak of the winter their heater was not working... After calling the reception 10 times and waiting for around 45 minutes, they sent their staff who was not aware how to fix it..😡😡.
4) only thing which was GOOD was the FOOD which we ordered from their restaurant.
5) Staff attitude was not friendly at all. They clearly mentioned to me once that " Sir we are short staffed and hence a customer has to adjust".. why do they charge us so much for such bad service?? .
Point no 1 was faced on day one and point no 2,3,& 5 was experienced on day 2 because of which we took the decision of leaving the hotel before the tour ends in one & half days at night 10 PM.
I am surprised by the fact that the General manager (Deepa Harkawat) was unware of the fact that there are so many problems in hotel and lack of communication between staff because during checkout, the front staff were shocked to know that the keys are not working..
It was communicated by the hotel staff name (Ratan or Rawat) that you can inform the management about the lack of staff availability to management.
I had to personally inform GM (Deepa H) about the Nightmare experience we had during the stay .
Being an avid traveler, this was one of the worst hospitality and customer experience provided the HADI RANI by GAZEBO.
All in all worst experience with OYO hotels and would never recommend to go to this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel with my family for 3 nights. Please avoid this hotel as the rooms were not clean the bed sheet had stains, cieling plaster was falling, some of the staff members do not know how to talk to guest. I had a room next to the housekeeping room and the housekeeping staff was running and making noise in the night and when you ask them to be quiet they back answer you. As we came back late night and had requested for room cleaning, there was no towel no toiletries no ac remote and we had to ask that thrice... Can get something better around...

Very nice hospitality caring service.nice place to be with family.nice restaurant.heart of the city.food was also very nice.staff and manager were very friendly. Totally homely feeling.nearest to bus stand and railway station. Staff helped us for local sight seeing.room service was also very good.i prefer this lodge for the travellers who visit udaipur.
