    • Bed sheets and blanket had big stains on them. (Took reminding and over 45minutes to replace) • Staff were obnoxiously loud well into the early hours of the morning drinking and shouting. • Pictures are incredibly misleading. Rooms are dirty and rundown. • Ceiling fan was loosely fitted, therefore, it made lots of noise when switched on. • Staff buzzed our door at 11pm when we were going to sleep (didn’t answer) I had very low expectations when coming to India, however, this hotel was well below what I expected and what was advertised...     I have booked this hotel online, the pictures looked quite good, I thought it would be the same in reality. The room was dirty, small, staff were not helpful not talking to the guest, breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give us the breakfast, all is cheating, I wouldn't book this hotel again and will not recommend it at all....     Very Disappointing

    Mostly very unprofessional staff (except for one nice member who took our washing), they demanded (twice) we pay for our room which had already been prepaid online, they were very unhelpful when we asked questions about the area or hotel and there was poor communication between staff members. The room was extremely small and it was covered in mostly dead small bugs that seemed to be shedding their wings all over our stuff.     Has been going downhill and now just a filthy dump

    I've stayed at this place for quite a few years running each time I'm in Delhi and sadly I've only noticed that it gets worse each time. The sheets are now threadbare and covered in stains, there's hair all over the floor and in the bathroom, you can hardly see your face in the bathroom mirror because it's never been cleaned and has toothpaste and soap splash marks all over it. Trying to get hot water or clean towels is a major mission, as is attempting to get soap or toilet paper. If you stay for more than one day the WiFi password and login changes every day so you have to keep going downstairs for a voucher. Food that you order from the restaurant is never what you've ordered and you have to pay 10% extra service charge on top of the cost when you check out. There's no sheet changing or garbage collection from your room if you stay for a few days and when you try to find a boy to ask for this or to help you with your bags they're all downstairs in the lobby area sitting on the sofa watching TV dressed in filthy badly fitting uniforms whilst the rubbish and leftover food from guests piles up on the stairwells and corridors . The noise from adjoining rooms is horrendous as well as full noise from the bar next door. The rooms are minute with just enough space to squeeze around the bed and the fans aren't balanced so they make a real racket when switched on. All in all I have wondered why on earth I've bothered staying at this filthy hole over the years because there's always an argument over payment at the end of a stay even though prices have been agreed at the very start, and unfortunately the friendly co-managerJamal has gone leaving only the grumpy, disrespectful, abrupt and rude other manager who when I checked out today due to all the above reasons after a week's stay to move somewhere better purely said 'as you like' to me with no attempt whatsoever to apologise or encourage me to continue staying.     I booked through oyo.. the hotel is located in a convenient place..the room was very very small..dirty walls did not give a good feeling, bed clothes were very old and did feel clean at all.. the ac was running well and room service was ok.. I would avoid staying in this hotel in future.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 11 AM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
