    I have stayed 4 nights as my tour operator arranged it,otherwise i definitely reject it. Very dirty Breakfast and Dinner -very bad Wi-Fi -- very bad connection and interrupted Staff attitude and behaviour --worse Only good thing is that its nearby Karol Bagh Metro station. Please don't go there,dont eat there,dont stay there even in Delux (!)room. ... More

    my travel agent booked this room for my family but this hotel is not recommendable for family, also room was not clean, TV was not working and also plug points are not in working condition. breakfast was arranged in roof garden, place was not tidy and weather condition was hot only one staff was assigned, only he was friendly and helpful....     The hotel was good in terms of room and bathroom. Comfy bed with Clean white sheets. Clean bathroom with Hot water and hairdryer. Free wifi was available. Room service was good too. What I didn’t like about the hotel is the corridor stinks and feels suffocating. The hotel don’t really have a lobby ( too small). Breakfast is served on the rooftop which is quite interesting. Mmm... and the annoying part was the man who carried our suitcase (one small trolley suitcase!) to our room, was not leaving without tip! It’s not that we don’t like to tip. It’s just we were really tired... and wanted to change. But he was just standing there after showing us the room! That attitude was really creepy. We tipped them again during the checkout. ... More

    its a nightmare for us, me and my friend choose this hotel because of location, except location nothing good about the hotel, Staff from the front office are very rude, they are always hungry for money , when I was check in I finalise the price with the reception guy , he agree of Rs 2500 Per Day including taxes but after three days when I settle the bill they charging me extra taxes, after a 30 minutes argue he ready to charge 2500 net no tax, they always trying to sell taxi , food was very poor, no hygine , breakfast was poor, bed sheet with full of stain, bathroom washbasin water blocking, I was in room 204 , suddenly in the middle of night from room I heard a sound of girl screeming from the nxt room, guy's its not a family hotel for sure,beware...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
