    The rooms were not clean. Towels provided were of bad quality and the staff was poorly behaved. Parking was not a proper parking and you had to wait for others to take out their vehicle for you to do the same. Overall not recommended for stay with family.... More

    I'm writing this review while sitting in their hotel. Staff is rude and hotel location is pathetic. These people claim on their website that the hotel is near to mall road but believe me, it is quiet a distance. Rooms are stinking and there is no view in most of the rooms. The strange thing is that they are after your life to deposit your car keys at the reception, even though, your car is properly parked without disturbing any other vehicle.... More

    This hotel is showed as 2 star property and as my experience it is a satisfactory stay option close to main city centre ,near the mall I stayed here with mr Prakash Dhojak and 2 other friends from 22 to 23 June 2019,we 4 persons booked 2 standard rooms, standard rooms were no views but it was clearly indicated at booking site so it was not issue ,we booked knowing this fact as rooms were available at reasonable rates,this is a big property and different type of rooms are available ,you can book as per your budget standard room was not much spacious but not bad for 2 persons though it were in basement and mobile signals was not available inside the room,check in process was smooth and quick,room service was also rapid ,staff was cooperative and we did not face any issue,there is a motorable road up to entrance of hotel,You can go on foot easily to the mall and the ridge ,dinner we taken was also good over all it is a good option when you want a stay near market or the mall,your expectations are within the limits of a 2 star hotel ,lift is available,travel desk is also there which arranges all type of vehicles for your trip needs,over all I recommend this hotel not for luxurious and stunning views but for a basic, satisfactory and comfortable stay in the herat of Shimla,thanks------SSS-----...     This is for the second time I have been in this hotel. It itself confirms how I liked the hotel. Earlier in the year 2014 we had been here. Like 2014, this time also we booked the room with junior. Spacious room with splendid view through the windows and prompt service of the staff members will definitely insist you to come back here time and again. The hotel is in close proximity to the Shimla Mall Road. This time reaching Shimla at about 7 PM we did not have any problem to go to Mall Road to roam about. And yes, there are mirrors everywhere in the room. Like 2014 this time also the same caused embarrassment. The reception staff members, however, I felt, don’t like to smile. Stay here and enjoy.... Amidst serene surroundings, this government approved hotel designed with an elevator is located near to the Mall Road and is maintained with 112 rooms.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
