    Perfect budget hotel

    We arrived here just after 10:30pm from a long train ride. The staff where friendly and welcoming and made the check in process quick and easy. We where shown to 2 rooms next door to each other for the 3 of us. Both rooms where simple but very clean with a double bed, fan, air conditioning and the ensuits where small but also clean. The beds where very hard, but as I quite like this I slept very well. We where given loo roll, soap, a towel and a blanket each. Despite the language barrier that made things a little more difficult once we where in our rooms at 11pm we asked if they knew anywhere we could get dinner. We where told that most places will be closing but then they offered to go and get us egg fired rice. They where so kind and helpful and brought the food to our rooms. I don't know if they do breakfast or not, or if we where just up too late but we had to go look for our own breakfast. Although this hotel is in a good location for the train stations there isn't much around, you need to get a tuktuk anywhere. For the price this is a perfect budget hotel. Very simple but clean and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this great hotel if you need somewhere to crash after a long train journey. ... More

    A great and calm stay. Rooms are well maintained and usable. Decent and cooperative staffs. Availed room-201, nicely positioned facing road. Only drawback wooden doors and cupboards need to be varnished. Rest all good with such attractive rates.... More

    This is a good budget hotel if you are transiting thru Chennai central or Egmore railway station.Both the stations are very close to these railway stations.Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.Wifi and aircon are good.Murgan idly is good eating option next door for vegetarians.... More

    This hotel is in prime location, walk-able to Central Station .. Very well maintained and clean hotel rooms. There were no water problems as well. Service also was very good. Nearby the hotel one can find many good restaurants .. Definitely value for money.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
