    I booked suit room , the room was very big and equipped with one living room . The main drawback is in and around central we can get only salt water. It is a common problem.the rooms were well maintained and very clean . They provided me a complimentary break fast for which there is no room service provided . After 11 o clock of morning , they start their room service for serving food items . The food and snacks items are delicious and cost is also reasonable. The staff members are customer friendly and they are providing their best to their customer expectations and convenience. The location is nearby to central railway station just maximum of 1km away from central station . ... More

    One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had

    The bed sheets and towels provided were dirty. Even after informing the reception no action was taken. Hot water was not available and the staff didn't pay any heed to our repeated requests for warm water. The room was filled with mosquitoes and it was very difficult to spend the night there. The staff doesn't care about customer satisfaction at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better budget hotels in the area which are much better.... More

    the hotel was overall ok. there was no hot water for bathing in the room but on request they provided us a bucket but after plenty of reminders and a long time. we booked for two people but the room was readied for only one person. ONE PLUS POINT WAS THE BREAKFAST. be careful if you are on a sightseeing trip while striking a deal with the tour guy in the hotel as he seems to have his own agenda of showing you places which you are not interested in and making money of you....     Good stay for a frequent traveller, A budget hotel

    • For all those traveller who visit Chennai for couple of days for their work, I would recommend them to stay in Hotel greens gate. o Benefits you get to stay in this hotels are:  Just 1 Km away from Chennai central station.  Just 1.5 Km away from Chennai egmore station.  Walking distance makes you to save some money, because if you are going to take ola and uber cab they will charge you 40-50 INR and if you ask for any local auto person they will charge around 50-100 INR from both the staions. o Rooms were clean and steady o Toiletries provided were good. o Budget hotel with good price range for rooms and also provide you with the breakfast buffet. o Breakfast buffet do not have much options but yes, I must say they provide you with good authentic tasty food. One can easily take a breakfast and kick start your day.  Hope to see more options next time. • Coming to the food variety o Hotel serves both option, veg and non-veg.  The first which I had ordered was Chicken biryani, which was awesome • Thank you for delivering late night, as my train got delayed an I had reached hotel a bit late around 11:30. The hotel staff was ready with the food to serve. • Biryani and aloo paratha are must to taste in this hotel.  To summarise I can say they had a good food quality with moderate range  Cost for two for lunch/dinner in range of ₹₹₹. o They also provide the clock room facility for the guest, we can check out and we can use the clock-room facility and can take the luggage when we want to go to either railway station/airport/bus stand etc. And this facility is free of cost for all the guest. o And at last must say a very nice and a pleasant stay to this property, I believe one can really enjoy the business class hotel in this range.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
