    Small hotel with spacious family room

    We have not done advance booking. While looking for hotel in Shimla, we came across this hotel situated on road side with parking area. It is a small budget hotel. We are looking for clean and hygienic family room with basic amenities. We booked here one family room with two double beds, one big bathroom and sofa set. The Room which we booked is on road level near reception and no. is 303. I have not seen other rooms. Rates they quoted us were also ok as per other hotel rates and their poor condition. Also hotel is located near mall road about 1 km but mall road is on height than hotel, so walking is not easy but spending every evening on mall road by walk is worth. Rooms are clean and have wooden interior. They have good room service. Food is average but healthy. They welcomed as nicely and tried very hard to fulfill our every need. They arranged a fan on demand as room is having no fan. They even went to nearby shop to buy some useable for us on our behalf. We have small baby with us. They help us cleaning and boiling his milk bottles in their kitchen. They have no problem in using their kitchen utensils on demand. All the staff members were helpful. We continue our second night booking with them after seeing their attitude and cooperation. We have only one issue with hotel room and already suggested to them to put net on windows to avoid entry of any insect from green area from back side of hotel through window, so that room will also remain cool and fresh with cool breeze blowing through open windows. I would recommend for people looking for budget hotel.... More

    writing a review for the first time. The worst experience of my life. Staff has no respect for there clients.the manager starts cribbing for money as you enter the hotel. Bad service, manager is a so bad do not even know how to talk to women's. Bad food. Better look something else guys. Do not spoil your holiday.... More

    Nice hotel lil expensive according to facilities but food quality is good .staff is very friendly. Parking space is little conjusted but safe.room are little noisy as one can hear vehicles moving all night.some room has good view.overall good hotel... More

    The hotel was average with average rooms and homely food. The services were good and really fast. The staff welcomed us very nicely. Whatever queries we had they listened to it very carefully and guided us with their suggestions which is not normally seen in hotels. All the staff members were courteous to us. Main thing was that when a person comes to a hotel he wants that all his needs should be fulfilled and was lucky that I a who am very difficult to please was satisfied to the utmost and will surely recommend this hotel to others.... Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
