    It was an average experience as per Treebo standards. Rooms were fine but the restaurant was poor. Service was fine but the food was poor. Location was good as its near to lake Pichola and City Palace. It was an OK type of stay as we particularly did not like the breakfast, and because of that we didn't try anything else.... More

    The Worst Experience at Treebo !!

    I travelled to this hotel on 13 oct 2018 - firstly before checking in i called the hotel staff a day before to enquire about the facilities.. The receptionist Mr. Chandrakant was the most rude person on earth. He was of the attitude which indirectly said "come if you want to or don't come" ... He had absolutely no respect.. i wanted to check in an hour early so i reached the hotel and requested for an hour early check in amd that too just because i had small kids with me else i wouldnt habe done that... But Mr. Ravindra Singh was so rude and arrogant that inspite of having 2 empty rooms he did no co-operate absolutely.. i was paying for 2 days and checking out tomorrow evening i.e i was staying a night less and also skipping 1 breakfast but still he did not even adjust with me for an hour with a pre check-in .. i always travel for work and treebo people always adjust for genuine reasons but this hotel has the worst staff ever... I personally feel at such tourist places people are more genuine ang respectful and they treat us guests as homely people but this hotel staff was as if doing a favor on us...I recommend a hotel with better room better facility just adjacant to it.. plz do not book at treebo grande sita else am sure you will regrett afterwards... finally i cancelled the hotel on the spot and booked a beautiful room adjacant to this hotel..Very bad service from treebo... Treebo u have made ur genuine n regular customers unhappy ... Zero marks to you...... More

    Good Room, Service needs to be improved

    Excellent Room with a Balcony too.. the only problem is I was told Wifi would be there but Wifi was not there.. Service via phone like asking for extra bed, coffee also took long time. Morning tea from the kitchen will be available only after 8.30..but hotel location is excellent..On main road, hardly a Km from Udaipur railway station. Room was excellent and well maintained. ...     Overall hotel was good.easily approachable from railway station.staff was polite and is of helping nature.though they charged me 300 bucks extra for early check in.room was clean and properly arranged though had some issues in bathroom where shower was not working properly.Also pos machine was not working properly at hotel reception which caused me a trouble at last moment as I have to run for cash .overall it's a nice and comfortable stay with humble and polite staff.quality of breakfast served was okz and was served hot to the guest.all prominent points of tourist attraction was nearby to hotel location with cab facility both ola and uber easily accessible.the availability of fridge in room makes to enjoy ice creams in room during leisure time.thanks to team treebo for making my trip memorable. Request to please overcome small issues to make it best for someone next to come.will definately choose you For my next vacation trip and let my friends and family also to choose treebo for their next stays as well....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
