    I booked this hotel from booking dot com and was arrived around 10 PM in the hotel for checked in, but it turned out our booking was canceled even though in our apps the booking dot com still said its confirm but the hotel staff its not their fault but the booking dot com instead. we had to pay higher than it stated on the booking dot com because they said now our booking was based on offline price not the booking dot com. the room was okay,not very clean, the floor was kinda dusty,the hot water work as it should be and the location is pretty nice because its located in the centreal of jaipur.but the staff made very annoying noise in the middle of the night running through corridor and even play some music loudly from certain room at the same floor where I stayed. to make it worst, at the end of our staying, they charged some of our breakfast to our bill eventhou they said the breakfast was free but only certain type of breakfast. and I already confirm what breakfast will we have at the first day but still they put the bill anyway. we argue a little bit and in the end they deduct it from the final charge. I wont stay here again for sure.... More

    I had booked this hotel through Yatra on 29.09.2017 for 2 nights. Bitter experience with this one. Room was very small and add to that water problems started the very night we checked in. Water jet was also not working. Overall, not expected of a hotel situated at a premier place in Jaipur. The restaurant is of course very good with lip-smacking food.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
