    A Good Hotel In The Wrong Location

    Grand Venezia started almost 4-5 years back in this area.The property is really beautiful and can give all the well known big hotel chains a run for their money but its the location factor which has proved out to be unfortunate for Venezia.I attended a family function here and was very happy with the service and food.Its a beautiful place no doubts about that.If you’re looking for a hotel in the North Delhi area then you can surely consider Grand Venezia as a place to visit....     Very nice hotel but poorly maintained. But very cheap prices. You get what you pay for. Breakfast is OK. Staff was polite. Nice location, not a congested area at all. Good parking if you have a car. Could be a nice hotel if they have better maintenance and cleaning personnel.... More

    Booked hotel for family members on the occasion of marriage . But decision of booking this hotel was a big mistake . Pathetic air conditioning, staff is so rude and arrogant - we ordered food and we had to finally cancel the order after waiting for almost 2 hours then we wanted to check out he didn't allowed us to check out for 2 hours from 2AM to 4AM we were requesting him standing at the reception to change our room when he failed to allot another room , we told him to prepare our bill for checkout ,manager on duty so called GM -told us to wait till next day , when we asked his name I SIMPLY CANNOT TELL YOU MY NAME . Then finally we had to call the police and register complaint against the manager and hotel management .... More

    Dirty rooms, bad service

    The room was very dirty when we checked in. We asked to hotel to get it cleaned, after the cleaning the bath room was not still clean. Attached photos. Further, the food served in the room service was served in dirty pot. It looked like it was not washed in ages. Photo attached. The aloo parantha, was like aloo and parantha. The aloo coming out I'm chunks from the parantha. Photo attached. The view from the room was of the street where one could see a public toilet on the road. Photo attached. I had to call the guy twice to put the mosquito spray. The room is infested with mosquitos and there was not mosquito repellant. Their is seepage in the walls across the hotel. The worst part is that in the room next to the power switches you will see seepage in the wall. This can lead to electric shocks.. I am afraid to touch any thing in the room. Every thing is coming apart. The toilet tiles are on the verge of falling apart. The details mentioned that there is a safe in the room. But it's not in the room. It is at the reception. The Wi-Fi is very slow.. so don't count on it if you have to do some office work...... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
