    When start giving review usually start with positive to negative but sorry to say I cannot even think about positive there. 1 Before checked in waited for an hour, though it was not a big issue, I managed. 2 After getting check in electricity went out. 3 When I tried to call on reception phone was not working. 4 after making complain Electricity came very soon and I was happy to see that but after it Electricity broke more than 13 times a day, Fortunately I aws there for a single day only. 5 I booked a cab by hotel for business meetings. The Driver I got was drunk. I managed it too. 6 After coming back to hotel in evening I made a deal with receptionist that I need a pickup from Umraao resort at 00:10 approx. They told me to call driver directly. 7 I called him around 00:01 and someone from there told me that he is driver's friend and driver has slept already, most probably he was pretending to be Driver's friend. 8 I called on reception they told me that that I never made a deal with them. I said alright I never made but now I want a cab here from hotel is that possible? They said alright. after it I called more than 15 times on reception but I didn't get cab before 2:00(midnight). 9 I was too much desperate that I tried to find out on internet "How can I lounge a complain against it but I couldn't get the method. Finally at 02:30 got the same drunk driver who said he was waiting for me in parking since 24:00 .... More

    Poor service, terrible interiors, the washrooms are not clean or hygenic.lunch came in a hour late.If you are a couple choose Oyo or stay uncle , they are much safer and they provide safety too #😢😢😢... More

    Pathetic service by this hotel. The hotel staff is terrible and rude, ordered lunch at 4.30pm and received 7pm. Asked them the reason no answer and gave the option to checkout no apology nothing. Asked to speak with the Manager they said he will not available right away. We walked out at 7.15pm paid the full charge of the room but no service. Never stay at this hotel this is most pathetic hotel i ever visited.... More

    I booked one room through OYO for 1 night halt with my family. It was a horrible experience and I would not forget in my entire life. We reached the hotel at around 9:30 PM and was disappointed at the very first step with the rude behavior of the receptionist who was insisting on full payment of the booked amount before they allot me the room. after we checked into the room we found the room dirty and cockroach moving inside. We were socked to find hairs lying in the beds , It seems that the bed sheet and pillow covers were not changed after the last occupant of the room. We immediately called the Manager and informed about it. The final shocked was yet to come. The manager informed that they don't have spare bead sheet for replacement and we have to wait till he arrange it. It was 10 PM and we called OYO and informed the matter. OYO requested us to cooperate and informed that they have talked with the property dealer and our issue will be resolved within 10 Min. However, neither the hotel manager made any temporary arrangement for us to sit nor OYO people called us within 10 Min as they ensured us and we had to wait till 11 PM standing inside the room when finally after repeated request to the Manager arrange bed sheet and pillow covers. It was a terrible experience and we had to slept without dinner due to the messy situation.... More

    Worst hotel experience of my ENTIRE LIFE!

    Was like walking on the the set of a horror movie. Flickering light, terrible smells, holes in the walls and overall very sketchy. When we got to the check in reception the man working there tells us he has upgraded us to a nicer room. We walk into this "upgraded room" and the first thing I notice is that it reeks of paint fumes which initially is toxic. We tell the people we brought us to the room and they just bring a can of air freshener and basically just spray the entire room and then tell us it is fine. Then there was the mattress which basically felt more like a top-mattress with zero comfort. The final straw was the cockroaches running around the room. I walk back to reception and make a scene telling him there is no way I am sleeping there and how he can have the nerve to tell us he has upgraded us. He then takes us next door to another hotel which they apparently also owned. That room was exactly the same but with a slightly better mattress but with more cockroaches and still the same paint fume smell. Lastly he shows us another room with is acceptable at the least. It is late so we decide to stay there for the night and get out as soon as possible in the morning. We then go out and order some food and decide to buy the drinks from the hotel. When one of the staff comes and delivers our soda he tells us that it costs 100 rupees and we need to pay now, knowing that it is way overpriced we tell him that we don't want it, afterwards he shows the menu and sure enough it was only supposed to cost 60 rupees. And lastly, when we checked out in the morning the guy from reception calls a taxi and tells us we need to pay him 300 rupees for him because he called the cab and then another 300 rupees to the cab driver to take us to the airport. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, the "hotel" should be shut down!... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
