we stayed there for one night. but we noticed that the rooms were not so clean. even the hotel staff was not so co-operative & even they did not pay that much attention to our complains..they ignored almost everything.

We went for Delhi tour with family. In hotel Grand peepal we stayed for 2 days. Services were good. Food was also fine but one thing we have noticed that hotel room was not so clean. I want to tell manager of the hotel please take care of it.
Good hotel but bad staff

Hotel is situated in a street inside carol bagh. Room facility is not bad. Bath room is not much clean. But the staff is horrible... Especially house keeping staff are untrained. You have to ask them for towels and toiletries.... Cleaning staffs are unhygenic... They use same dirty clothes to clean all the rooms and the bathrooms.... When i asked them not to use same cloth to clean and wipe the room and bathroom they told me that they don't have another cloth... When you want hot water in bath room you have to call reception each time.beware

good things: you can bring in a date if you want to ( staff at the reception will be surprised if you don't, as this is essentially a cheap hookup point). very cheap. staff at the reception are the worst sort of people you want to be around. Rude as anyone can be, won't respond to your needs even if you begged. Room: spacious, bathroom spacious enough. Smells like something died in there though. Beware!: my bathroom had unexplained gaps on the roof and below taps. I wouldn't write this if i didn't care, but there were small round holes( fit enough for a camera!?) when i was depositing my keys i spotted couples with girls covering their faces and guys trying to negotiate per hour price (not an allegation, i support people trying to find a place to be intimate, but i mean i wouldn't want them to end up on a tape either, look above) when i came back, the tv was on ( i never switched it on, looks like the staff at hotel had real fun). since i was a single guy travelling alone i didn't care much about the holes and stuff, but if i was travelling with a lady or even hooking up i wouldn't endanger the privacy of my friend.But i swear the room smelled like there was a dead body waiting to be discovered in there.

I booked it through Oyo rooms, the staff was very friendly, they welcomed me at mid night as i had a mid night arrival in Delhi, they made sure that everything was ready for me in my room.Check in and check out was quick. Overall everything was worth the penny. Wifi was a bit shaky. I had an airtel number, so airtel network was pretty bad in the ground floor room(which was alloted to me), but the hotel staff was generous enough to shift me to a room on the higher floors, so i wont complain about that.And as it is in Karol Bagh, it is just 5 minutes walk from the Karol Bagh Metro Station.
