    Decent hotel with neat and spacious rooms

    I stayed at Hotel Grand Harshal for a day in Jan 2017 with friends. It's a decent hotel located in the Malviya Nagar Industrial Area. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. The staff are courteous and helpful. It's the best Hotel to stay if anybody is visiting the Jhalana forest (for leopard sighting) which is just a minutes drive from the hotel. The food is good however only vegetarian options are available. It's a bit inconvenient for those who are non vegetarians as there is no hotel nearby from where non veg food can be obtained.... More

    Terrible experience. Spoiled our trip

    On the day of our arrival we were calling hotel people to inform them that we'll be reaching late but no one picked up the call. And on top of that when we reached hotel at 2:40 am there were no hotel board, no lights. We were wandering to identify the hotel. At last i called OYO to connect with hotel reception. Finally we found hotel. when we entered the hotel a person was lying on the sofa. we asked him to get up but he refused. On yelling on him he manages to wake up and then he was arguing with us that they didn't receive any call. When we checked their landline it was dead. Next morning when we wake up,one of my younger cousin shouted saying he got current in water. On calling reception they send one of his staff and he also got current. There were sparking in their switch board. Next day also it happened. on enquired with reception they said no need to worry as this current is bcoz of earthing. I mean hotel staff is least bother about someone life. They have pathetic breakfast. OYO promised to provide buffet in breakfast but we got one stuffed parantha that too half burned. they served half filled coffee. Basic necessities like TV Remote, Towels, etc were not present and had to be explicitly asked for. Did not provide bills for restaurant bill and an extra accommodation.... More

    Good rooms, bad service!

    Stayed here for a night, nice comfy rooms, bathrooms can be cleaner. Service was not good. Hotel has a restaurant which serves average food. Locations is also good, 4Kms from Airport and 10Kms from Hawa Mahal. Recommending only because of its location and rooms.... More

    Hotel rooms are quite spacious and neatly maintained however staffs are not friendly.There was no availability of hot water on the day we stayed and staffs could not arrange the same.No breakfast arrangements for the early flyers.... More

    Location of the hotel is nice but services are not at par. Staff is not trained. Basic necessities like TV Remote, Towels, etc were not present and had to be explicitly asked for. Complimentary breakfast had missing items on both the days. Did not provide bills for restaurant bill and an extra accommodation. Card is not yet accepted.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
