    A relatively new venture for the owner - it had recently been taken over when I stayed so there was a fair amount of work still to be done, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, good location in a relatively quiet area of the city with handy metro station just down the road.     Cleartrip messed up my hotel stay in Mumbai.

    I was scheduled to stay at a different hotel in Mumbai that was booked through Cleartrip.com prior to my departure. When I arrived at the designated hotel confirmed by Cleartrip, the staff informed that my reservation was cancelled due to a price disagreement between the hotel and the website. And there I sat for three hours after a gruelling journey, coordinating with Cleartrip officials to find out about the situation and figuring out an alternative arrangement. Three hours later, Cleartrip booked me in a nearby hotel. I carried my luggage there only to find that the hotel also refused this last minute booking to the folks at Cleartrip, although I was told otherwise by the website officials. Another half-an-hour and several frantic phone calls later, Cleartrip booked me at another hotel couple of kilometers away. This time, I decided to call the hotel and check before leaving. To my utter dismay, the third alternative hotel also refused the booking to Cleartrip, but I was informed otherwise. In anger, despair and sheer frustration from this ordeal after a long journey, I called Cleartrip again to sort out the situation. This time, I was booked at Hotel Adiba, which was a few minutes away. I called to confirm the booking myself and retrieve the address since Cleartrip officials forget to mention that part. There is nothing much to say about Hotel Adiba. I wouldn't stay here for any reason, but had to settle with it since Cleartrip foiled my reservation elsewhere. The staff were alright, but the accommodation itself was shoddy. A single room had two beds with stained sheets. Separate cubicles for a bathroom and toilet in the same room and the bathroom had no ventilation. That means a dampness would fill the room after every shower. Shutting the bathroom door would trap the heat and smell inside creating a pungent smell. The shower itself cubicle is built for a short person. I'm only 5'8" and I had to bend down to get my hair wet. No towels or basic toiletries were provided. One bottle of filtered water was given only after being asked. The air-conditioner was fixed at 24 degrees C and the temperature could not be altered according to the conditions. The internet is sluggish and the few channels on television were not in English/Hindi. There is no restaurant attached to this hotel. I was famished when I got there and ordered a starter, but the food did not get to the hotel nearly two hours later. The location is shady. Avoid this place at any cost.... More

    Worst hotel ever to stay!!

    Firstly this hotel is very hard to find.. you may cross the lane several times but only if you are lucky you will find the hotel.. no cab drivers have heard about this hotel either. On the booking page of mine it clearly mentioned that they provide airport transfers, but the receptionist told that the room i have booked dint had that included... i showed her the booking page, she refused to still provide it, so i had to manage my airport trf on my own in the middle of the night. the receptionist herself was soo rude and cared for none. The room was teribble and dont think you will get peaceful sleep. never ever stay in this hotel...... More

    terrible location average rooms for the price they charge charges for food is equal to 5 star hotel reached airport at 7:40PM. the cab arrived to pick me at 9PM. never ever consider this hotel for stay... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
