    Not even worth 1 star
    on Nov 17, 2019
Stayed for 2 nights. Only thing that we liked in this hotel is breakfast. Rest all Horrible. Sample this: 1. Breakfast was supposed to be complimentary; but on checkout, surprised to find that they billed us. Needed to argue and have a call to my travel agent who spoke to them and finally, they reduced the amount. 2. No peaceful stay - bang at the midnight, there was huge knock on the door; when opened, some drankard is there and said sorry since he mistook some other room. Same thing again repeated by another drunkard on the same day. The very next day, same thing is repeated. Called the manager in charge and shouted. I requested him to post somebody outside my room so that such thing is not repeated. Manager said one major party has landed and they confused my room since all other rooms are occupied by their team mates; but that is not justifiable since all rooms have room number boldly written. Please do not go for this hotel just because price is low.... More

This place is epic (not in a good way!)

Total attitude at the counter. Worst attitude ever seen. The staff were deep in conversation and we could barely interupt to organise our booking. Left immediately. NOT a 5 star hotel, maybe 2 at the most.... More

    Disgusting!
    on Feb 2, 2018
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The only good thing I can say about it is that the location is reasonably well placed. Other than that it should be avoided at all costs. It is definitely NOT a five star hotel. I’d put it at a one to two star maximum and that’s being generous. I’ve stayed in all kinds of weird and wonderful places over the years and I have no problem with staying in basic accommodation but this hotel isn’t just basic, it’s absolutely filthy. There is thick grime on all doors, windows and surfaces. The toilet obviously hasn’t been cleaned for a long time and the bathroom absolutely reeks of urine. The ‘bar’ serves basic and totally unappetising snacks and make sure you check your bill because they overcharged us. They actually charged us a similar price for a couple of coffees as it cost to stay here for one night. Such a shame because we’re having a brilliant time travelling around India and this hotel has really put a dampener on our experience. I’d strongly suggest you stay somewhere else because this hotel is just awful. ... More

This is an average unprofessionally managed Hotel
    on Aug 24, 2017
I recently stayed for two days in this hotel for an official tour. The hotel is located near to the railway hotel. The room of the hotel is good with required amenities. But you will be surprised after entering the bathroom it is not bigger then an office cubicle. After request I shift to a room with little bigger bathroom. But the most pathetic part of the hotel is their staffs are very unprofessional and rude at times. Foods are just OK type and any order take minimum 30 minutes. Not suitable for official tour... More

    Ok
    on Mar 27, 2017
This is not a 5 star hotel, possibly an ok 2 star. My first room didn't have a fan, as in, bare wires hanging from the ceiling, l got a new room. I guess it was relatively luxurious by Indian standards, but the bathroom would be a tight squeeze for anyone over the average weight/ size. Room service was a cheerful young lad who knocked and came in, couldn't really prevent this as the lock didn't work. The menu was limited to say the least, although my egg biryani was edible. Morning check out with the receptionist was a frustrating affair, unintelligible English and a blatant attempt to overcharge my room service. ... More
