    Booked this hotel back in January and found the process very easy. Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here but we were very pleasantly surprised. We arrived mid afternoon and were shown to our room. It was a good size and very clean. We were very impressed. The service we received from the gentleman on reception was excellent. The area itself is so welcoming and refreshing after the hustle and bustle of Venice. We spent our second day by the river in Mira and it was lovely. We would definitely return to this hotel if we decide to stay in the area again.... More

    Lovely hotel, only 30 minutes to Venice Center by Bus

    The room was small, but quite lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were nice and helpful. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. The bus stop is a few minutes away and the bus takes around 30 minutes to get to Venice. There are a few nice restaurants in the area, but not much more. Things are very quite in the evenings, but apart from that, the hotel is lovely.... More

    We stayed in May for my birthday and had been given a buy a gift voucher. From emails and in person the staff couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was clean and Maids cleaned the rooms daily. We had a front view and traffic was light and didn't not bother us. The hotel sits on a quite road in a small village with a few restaurants. The hotel is 30 mins by bus into Venice and easy to travel back and forth the local shop sells tickets. The breakfast was pleasant but I do think a few extra bits could be offered and less cakes. Maybe some boiled eggs and cheeses? We had arranged a private transfer and so glad we did well worth asking the hotel for info on this. We had a lovely stay thank you. ... More

    This hotel Riviera dei dogi is in Mira province of Venice. 15th century building, seems as if no maintainence has been done to the exterior since them. No lift in the hotel, carry your own baggage upto 3rd floor. If you like to play puzzle maze, do book this hotel as searching a room here is a task. For air conditioning, they have always the same answer, we keep air conditioners off during few days of the month and you have to sleep with windows open. I would personally not suggest anyone to stay here and ruin your holidays... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
