    Smelly and noisy hotel

    I stayed in this hotel on the day I arrived in delhi before traveling to Jaipur the next day. The room was smelly the first day. After we complain the maintenance guy came to spray..then it was OK. We stayed here for another 3 nights before our departure. We had room no 111 which had the same air conditioning smelly problem. Although we informed many times 4 workers came one after another to ask about the same problem. My husband have to raise his voice in order to make them to take immediate action. Although we got another room later but I personally feel that this hotel management need to improve their room facilities. The restaurant staffs are so good on the first day but on the last 3 days of my stay I found out that they were not as good as I thought. They have a serious communication problem especially in english. They don't clear your plates as well after the meal. The food arrived very late and the worst is their manager who just stood there without and greeting or a smile. Looks like a bunch of idiots. They were not trained properly either to take orders. The breakfast served here is so lousy and not much choices. It's a big mistake if you plan to stay here.... More

    Checkin and checkout process were smooth, breakfast was good with lots of variety, the rooms were very clean with new furbishing. The only problem was the hotel wifi which was a pain to connect(it actually didn't connect). We didn't bother following up.... More

    Recently we stayed here for one night, room sculptured with many things, looks very nice and clean. If they serve "welcome drink" at room, that would be a better option. Non-stop air-pump-pressure hot water. If you are a honeymooner you may like bathroom view thru glass. Shampoo/body wash/moisture liquid are not good, many quality branded and non-branded products available in the wholesale market.. For gents use/throw razor and shaving foam are there. even 5* don't give. They give you shoeshine if you ask. Wi-fi strictly 500mb ... Sleep quality is ok... One thing we disappointed with breakfast, after visiting dining hall in the morning they said your room plan not covered for complimentary breakfast, its chargeable Rs. 450. TripAdvisor said "Breakfast included", but actually not.... beware.... we never ever faced this kind of problem before ...... More

    So we stayed there's for a night and i must admit it was byfar the best property i have booked. The price is also okish not so expensive as it is a luxurious room. The hotel room service was also very nice. They have everything on 24 hr menu. Ambience was pretty decent. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. The hotel provided with clean linens and best view. The place is easily reachable by metro station and is very much in the vicinity of the heart of the capital.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
