    This is the worst hotel I have seen in all my life! I paid 2k, the room wasn't worth even 200Rs. Nobody at the front desk for 1 hour, watchman tells me to go away and come back after 2 hours.! The owner is a local goonda according to my driver. When you check out, 2 of his sidekicks come and demand 'hafta'. Either the driver pays or he ends up forcing you to pay it or he has to pay out of his pocket. The rooms are very dirty. You can see paan stains at all corners. No hot water facility. You have to call the reception about 4-5 times for hot water and they will give you a small bucket of Lukewarm water. If u ask for more, they'll look at you like you are asking their kidneys! No sea view. You have to peep out of the balcony to get a tiny glimpse of the sea. Surroundings are very dirty. The front desk person always speaks with a mouth full of gutka.,with spit dripping from the corners of his mouth. If there is a lady with you,she gets really dirty stares.... More

    Decent facility. Stayed for two nights as a family of 6 including grand parents and kids. Had taken a non-ac room. Good: Next to the beach. Clean toilets, bed and linen. OK: No geyser, but give enough hot water in bucket. We had food in a "pure veg" place next door. Not good: Staff were a bit lethargic. Served our purpose well as we needed it only for a comfortable stay overnight and freshening up while we roamed around during the day time. We paid about 1.1K per room per night, that too in the busy Christmas season.... More

    Shabby, rundown lodge - AVOID IT !

    Imagine a shady rundown lodge near the railway station that goes for 500bucks a day - this place is worse than those lodges ! Absolutely rundown and so shabby that one would be scared to touch anything. The images and description provided by the hotel are nowhere near the truth! Furniture is broken down, place has NO Wi-Fi, NO geysers, NO power backup and a pathetic restaurant where no one eats. Very unclean and unhygenic. I had booked the place for 7 days as it is beach side, but vacated it in 2 days without a refund. They insist on 100% advance payment, but offer no refund. I lost 15K but couldn't stay here for another day - don't ruin your holidays by booking this place. I felt like a Holocaust survivor when I left this place for a cleaner hotel. STAY AWAY ! ... More

Overview

This small two floors property is located on the beach at New Marine Drive Road. Designed with see-through glass walls in one side of its entrance, the hotel has 16 rooms with balconies and can be checked in to after 9a.m. The kitchen churns out a scrumptious fare, which is served through room service. There is a small garden space to lounge around in the evening. The travel desk organizes tour of the city for guests to explore the sights and sounds of the place.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
