    Room was as dirty as can be expected in hotels in Delhi, but fan & bathroom were functional and was okay as long as you don't touch anything. There was construction work going on the whole time, which started hammering every morning all morning which is a pain. Felt safe and staff were okay. Only when we left they tried to scam us for "taxes" which we outright refused and left. The receptionist didn't put up much of a fight so clearly was a scam! Would definitely not reccommend!! ...     Been to many hotels in india, this is one of the worst. Dirty, rat infested, fan cannot be adjusted, construction works all day long, we moved room after having 3 rats in the room, and found out the new room has no hot water. I guess any other choise in pahar ganj will be better. Avoid.... More

    Worst hotel in delhi. First they gave us a room without a shower in the bathroom. After a few complaints they gave us another room that was incredibly hot and smelled like mold, without windows. The sheets were very dirty. After I asked for new sheets they put even dirtier ones on the bed. The owner of the hotel was a mean guy who couldn't even manage to get us a cab to the airport the next day. Also: don't try the omelet from the streetfood stall on the other side of the street for breakfast!!!! It made us puke!... More

    Hotel is very much inside the main road and I had to search it for half an hour. It is actually closer to railway station but not walkable distance with luggage. This hotel is closer almost 1 km from Ramkrishan Marg metro station. I had to shift to 3 rooms withing overnight stay as in one room TV was not working, one room was unclean. I finally settled in one room but it was not having telephone. Room interiors were show type but lack basic cleanliness. Toilet was ok but need more cleaner. Towel and soap are received after repeated follow up. Hotel staff are just waiting to get food order from you. They even offer you drinks also just for getting good commission to them. I tried for dinner which was very oily and quite expensive too. They even not gave plates to eat it. Later in morning I preferred breakfast options available on main road including juice and snacks. Only plus point was since hotel is very much inside main road, sleep quality was good. Overall it was average hotel.... More

    前回泊まった時は綺麗な印象で、久しぶりに再訪しました。 今回は仕事で来ていたため、綺麗な部屋に泊まる予定で訪れましたが、清掃が行き届いていなく、壁にはチャイをこぼしたかのような跡が無数にありました。 エアコンの部屋にしたにもかかわらず、部屋のドア上部はガラスがなく全開でなかなか冷えず… 明け方はエアコンが勝手に切れていてとても暑く寝苦しい一夜でした。 wifiも以前と変わってレセプションのみになっており、上層階での利用はどこかのレストランのwifiを進めてきました。 同じ価格帯のホテルであればパハールガンジにはもっといい宿が多数あるのでここを利用することは2度とないと思います。... Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
