I want to give zero star for this hotel. But there is no option of zero star.
I booked this hotel from OYO booking is confirmed. The staff of the hotel demanding extra money when i denied to pay extra money they clearly told me to leave hotel.
Well i have paid extra money to hotel because there is no option for me at 4:00 AM.
when reached the room the room is very cheap and third class. Even the toilet is also not cleaned. When i asked to staff to clean toilet they clearly told me we will not clean this but after complaining with oyo they cleaned the toilet.
Zero amenities even there is no towel in the room.
Only one suggestion don't book this hotel.
The amazing thing is rating of this hotel in oyo is 4.2 i dont know how it is possible.

Nothing was available as advertised. Poor welcome. Poor quality of rooms.poor service. Overcharged for taxi to the airport.
We checked in late night around 10pm. The owner was screaming on top of his voice at the staff becoz he wanted chilli wafers with his drink. He was sitting with bunch of friends and they were drinking alcohol. I was really scared to see the situation. Since it was late and we were tired , didn't want to search another place with luggage. This place is good only for only bachelors not for families.
Just a stay of few hours.

My requirement was to get a cheap shelter for overnight stay as we had checked in around 11:30 pm and checked out at 6:00 am in the next day. At the time of booking, my need was to identify a hotel in cheap price as much as possible and that I succeeded to do. No service was taken from the Hotel and no much idea about the hotel staff. There are many nearby restaurants and the Aerocity Metro is within 7-8 mins walking distance. One can choose this hotel for a minimum hrs stay with cheap price. The metro station is the added advantage of it.
Intoxicated staff and worst customer service

I had booked two rooms at Hotel Airport Galaxy , New Delhi for my sister and her family comprising of 5 adults and 2 children. Check in date 31 Dec 17 and Check out on 1 Jan 2018. The guests included 3 ladies including my 75 year old grandmother and 2 children aged 5 and 9 years. I called up the hotel 2 days prior to my family members' travel to reconfirm the booking and everything seemed to be in order.
On the day of arrival (31 Dec), my brother in law called up the hotel and informed them that they would arrive around 11pm on the night of 31st Dec because their train from Jodhpur was delayed due to fog. They were informed that the room would be ready.
When my family members arrived at the hotel around midnight, the staff refused to provide the rooms at first but later made only 1 room available and said the other room was not available due to a 'technical issue'. The hotel staff was highly intoxicated and even after waiting for 1.5 hours, the second room was not provided and they were constantly asked to wait. Nor was any information provided regarding what the 'technical issue' was. Perhaps the room was not booting up!
I called up the hotel to enquire directly at around 1:30 AM and a certain 'Deepak' spoke to me very rudely and hung up on me. It was easy to understand that he was in an inebriated condition. That the staff was drunk was confirmed to me by my brother in law for whom I had made the reservations.
Finally I called up the online portal from which I had made the booking and on their intervention, the second room was finally made available around 2 AM on 1 Jan 2018.
I want to highlight the callous and unprofessional attitude of the hotel staff as well the immense inconvenience and embarrassment my family members had to face due to the unprofessional conduct at the hotel. My family members felt very unsafe throughout this terrible ordeal.
People like these bring a bad name to the entire hospitality sector in our country and I hope management reviews this complaint and takes strong measures against the responsible staff.
Pls avoid at all costs, especially at night. "Cheers" has a all new, literal meaning in here!

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I had prebooked a car from the hotel to pick me after my international flight which didn't turn up and after two phone calls and over an hour's wait it finally showed up. When we got to the hotel the driver rudely demanded money.
The room was horrible, there was fences staines on the bed sheets, a really damp smell, no hot water for a shower, the towel was clearly used. The pictures on here are very misleading and I wouldn't drEam about trying the food
The start to my Indian trip was spoiled by staying here.
