DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

We are at the Lobby of this hotel. We had booked a room via goibibo today. We reached the hotel at 10pm to check in. We are told the Hotel is sold out. We have paid for the hotel and received the confirmation voucher. After much discussion I have found out:
1. There are rooms available.
2. They did receive our reservation.
3. The Hotel is not being paid by goibibo.
4. The Hotel has been sending away people like us who have booked their room via goibibo.
5. If we pay them now then they will give us room.
Conclusion: why is HOTEL GALAXY still taking bookings from goibibo??
This is totally unfair for innocent customers like us who are holding confirm hotel vouchers after making payments yet not getting a room!
The Hotel needs to remove their listing from goibibo immediately so that more customers do not have to face this kind of harresment.
It is one and half hour since we reached the Hotel and we are still waiting for the problem to be resolved by goibibo.
If the Hotel had not listed on goibibo and had not taken our booking we would not have had to face this terrible situation.
Need to focus clean and fast service.

I had booked for 2 days in July 2019. HOTEL is center located, staff also polite and informative who are in desk. main thing is hotel is not clean. bed sheet , bathroom are not clean. staff do not able to provide fast service. AC working good. hot cold shower is good. main thing is management should be focus on cleanliness. if they clean i will give four star.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. This is a scam hotel. Originally we had a booking at another hotel with the same name. The driver took us here, we showed the booking to the receptionist and he tricked us to believe that this was the same hotel. Charged us three times as much as it costs. The room was so filthy and dirty. Full of bugs, buckets full of dirt and old wash water, shower didnt work and lots of garbage outside the room. The personell were just zombies walking around, looking high and didnt even bother to do any maintanence at all. Anyone staying here has most likely been hustled. Not even close to a recommendation

Horrible hotel, Rats in the Room, Misleading photos in booking.com, No Management staff, No.A.C., we paid for A.C. family room, but no A.C, the T.V. was not working, The day we checked in on 29-05-2019, one college boy was at the reception and he said first pay full advance , then he will show us the Room, He was a cheat and fraud, he said lies, he said the rooms in 3 rd floor was full and that college boy at the reception showed us room at 2 nd floor with Rats and no water in bathroom. No. A.C. BUT we paid for A.C. ROOM, no management present as the Manager was out. This hotel is shown as hotel Air International in booking.com, to cheat and mislead the travellers and in booking.com, this hotel is given 3 stars but in google.com, it is shown as 1 star. Please avoid this HELL hole of a Hotel and PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MONEY.

I want to give zero star for this hotel. But there is no option of zero star.
I booked this hotel from OYO booking is confirmed. The staff of the hotel demanding extra money when i denied to pay extra money they clearly told me to leave hotel.
Well i have paid extra money to hotel because there is no option for me at 4:00 AM.
when reached the room the room is very cheap and third class. Even the toilet is also not cleaned. When i asked to staff to clean toilet they clearly told me we will not clean this but after complaining with oyo they cleaned the toilet.
Zero amenities even there is no towel in the room.
Only one suggestion don't book this hotel.
The amazing thing is rating of this hotel in oyo is 4.2 i dont know how it is possible.
