Nothing was available as advertised. Poor welcome. Poor quality of rooms.poor service. Overcharged for taxi to the airport.
We checked in late night around 10pm. The owner was screaming on top of his voice at the staff becoz he wanted chilli wafers with his drink. He was sitting with bunch of friends and they were drinking alcohol. I was really scared to see the situation. Since it was late and we were tired , didn't want to search another place with luggage. This place is good only for only bachelors not for families.

The service you expect from a hotel is not to be told on arrival that there are no available rooms and you are being relocated over the road to a place where they are not completely sure who you are, why you're there, or how much you are paying, or that you are expecting taxis for the flight the next morning at a very early hour.
The room itself was nice, with hot water for the shower (but not a working tap.) This is another hotel where I feel our stay was not long enough to fully judge the hotel, but the undue stress was certainly not leaving a good impression.
Unexpected Transfer from Hotel Airport Galaxy to Hotel Global Inn

After we finished the Day Tour in Agra, we went back to Delhi and checked-in at Hotel Airport Galaxy with 2 reserved rooms. Surprisingly, we were transferred to a different hotel called Hotel Global Inn. During our online reservation, we were expecting bigger rooms as per the photos posted online. The room is okay, with A/C, ceiling fan and television. Restroom is equipped with shower, pail and dipper, with good water flow but with limited amenities, just shampoo and towels. Anyway, we didn't mind staying in this hotel since we just need rooms for the night before we head back to Delhi Airport for our early morning flight the next day. We were just surprised that we didn't stay in the same hotel that we have booked. The hotel's location is perfect for tourists with layover/connecting flights since it is 10 minutes away from the airport. They have provided a cab as well, but, of course, with additional charge.

Staff is the most helpful here. Rooms are good condition and as I asked them they said we are improving. I believe them they will improve. Told them some ways how they can improve for family travellers but for solos like me it's the best.

We arrived at hotel global inn late one night and we were in a sticky situation. We needed to book an Agra tour for the next day but most of the companies were full or closed. The hotel manager found us a cheap tour, booked it and even payed for half out of his own pocket as we couldn't withdraw any cash due to the demonetisation. Mr Bisht went above and beyond for us and its safe to say without his help and compassion for two troubled strangers we wouldn't have seen the Taj Mahal. Wifi was also good.
On the other hand the staff were quite noisy at night time so bring ear plugs and the hot water didn't work.
Good for an overnight airport stay!
