    The room was good. The manager/ owner who manned the desk in the afternoon was not very pleasant. Not a smile on the face. Very stern in conversation. Come on. You are in the business of hospitality. Does it hurt to be nice to your guests???? I think not. Anyway, we just stayed for a night. Other than the invisible hospitality, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.... More

    Located around 10 min walking distance from station. Room is very small, looks likes they have renovated its recently but room was not managed like smell coming from room and bathroom. area is also not so good. staff was not professional.... More

    Its a cheap hotel or budget hotel. Taxi driver brings me in this hotel. After conversation on desk table i get room in very cheap rate. Hotel has renovation work is going on so some time its disturbed you. I booked single room for single person stay so i get bed also that was small size but it was sufficient for one person. Rooms look like newly made o it was goo. I saty only for one days. After searching other hotel i find that at this price this is best hotel in grant road area. Their is no phone in room, so if you want room service you have to call some one or go to help desk and then they will send some one.... More

    All beds have bed bugs and tick. When i complained that the beds have bugs, they said there will be atleast one or two bugs in any bed!!!!ridiculous!! Im still stuck here till morning 6am( its 4am and i cant go anywhere right now...) I want to check out ASAP!!!... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.

There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
