    This is a best lonavala. Is it litetally 3min walk from railway station. Amazing ambience, food is like a grand buffet for all type of generation. For lunch it had roti, puri, 3veg, dal, 2 farsan, rice, buttermilk, sweet dish.similarly dinner wad grand with pasta, noodles, pulav, choley etc... trust me guys super great place.     The property is small about 50 odd rooms . the rooms were clean and well appointed including the toilets. Food was included in the tariff and was good. The breakfast had a large spread. there could have been better choice at dinner. they had orginised some show in the evening. there could be some indoor games etc. which would have helped. But overall considering the price quite a decent stay ... More

    It is a beautiful pure veg hotel with a rajasthani touch . Had booked 2 rooms on a weekday. Rooms are good and clean but could do with some maintenance . Walls are run down and bathroom fixtures were loose . Overall it is affordable . Please include la carte system instead of fixed thali system to avoid food wastage . There isnt much activity within the hotel except a pool . During checkout,there was too much confusion , some miscalculation was done and upon checking got corrected . I wasnt given a final bill , when asked for it , some random excuse was given and said it would be mailed to me .not yet recieved !thats unacceptable ! Service is ok too . Noone would recieve Room service no. This happened several times . ... More

    Great as a family retreat

    This is one of the few places we enjoyed thoroughly as a family. The place is quite and built in the heritage mahal kind of architecture. Splendid ambiance wonderful for families to bond and chillax together. The pool is great, inviting and pleasant. The room is like small mahal cottage and if you are looking for something very 5 star fancy this might not be exactly it but they are clean and basic. The rooms do not have a fridge that was a flaw and the extra bedding is a mattress on the floor if you need it. The pool was clean and so were the surroundings. Sunset at the pool was just beautiful wth sunrays coming down on the blue waters through the mahal like facade. The food is just great, simple and homestyle. Lunch was Gujarati thali with hot and soft rotis and so was dinner. The food is very home cooked style which is why you can have it even during a long stay. They served us the food with so much attention that you felt like eating even more. No a single thing in terms of food was overlooked. The breakfast was south Indian fare that too was delicious. They cleaned our car even without asking them to do so, very thoughtful. Overall great experience.... More

Overview

This palatial, 3Star hotel in Lonavala is located just behind the Telephone Exchange in Wadekar Road. A total of 53 deluxe rooms with palatial decor are available for accommodation purpose. Guests can savour on a pure vegetarian, Gujarati Thali food, lavished with the finest spices. For recreation, an outdoor swimming pool and a play area with entertainment and rides are available for the adults and young. There is also an a/c conference hall that can accommodate a gathering 150 people.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
