    It was absolutely embarrassing and horrifying experience to live here. We were initially planning to live for 2 days but decided we had to check out first thing in the morning. The rooms are in terrible shape. I don't think RTDC spends a single penny in maintenance. Everything was falling apart. The sheets has blood stains and hair all over. The extra bed we asked for was dirty at a level we thought he just brought it from road side. Before we checked in we had to be shifted to 3 diff rooms finally we settled for the less dirty one. As it was late and we were late check in the night we had no other option. The list is long so in short It's a serious NO NO. I would give it a negative rating here if possible.     Decent place for budget travel at Jaipur

    This is a RTDC hotel very close to the railway station. Maintenance is moderate (expected from Govt hotels) but rooms are big. Though the check-in is at 12 noon, the staff are prompt in giving you room early if available, as we got when reached by 8 AM. Breakfast is monotonous, and we did not try the other meals. There is no elevator in the hotel, which is a problem if your room in at 2nd floor.... More

    Poor property at an Excellent location

    Location is excellent. (Here I am talking about their Pub only) Their pub "Gouri" use to be very famous joint in Jaipur. But now they have spoiled it, no staff, no services....NO smile :-) You have to go to the counter to order or just keep on waiting. You can not read dull printed dot matrix bill printout in dim light.... Avoid this place if you are with ladies or formal or business guest.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
