    This is an RTDC (Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation ) operated hotel situated just few kms away from Railway station and the bus terminal . It also act as start point for RTDC operated City sight seeing services through buses. They have a small waiting room near reception which has some old artifacts on display. The feel and ambiance was quite ordinary. The hotel looks and feel heritage, with large corridors overlooking the courtyard and rooms with windows opening onto streets, dust and noise. These rooms have window AC, and the TVs didnt have subscription when we went. This was our first starting point of a 9 day trip on RTDC package. RTDC travel counter is adjacent to the hotel. The hotel got a little lawn in the front. Security is non-existent. the receptionist was not at all happy seeing us and why-we-were-asking-so-many-questions and was grumpy. The bathroom was clean. the towels looked washed, but it didnt appear clean. the breakfast quality was very very ordinary and not much choice and even the taste was below par.     This is an RTDC (Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation ) operated hotel situated just few kms away from Railway station and the bus terminal . It also act as start point for RTDC operated City sight seeing services through buses. I haven’t stayed here but had used it as a boarding point for my city tour. They have a small waiting room near reception which has some old artifacts on display. The feel and ambiance was quite ordinary .... More

    The hotel is located at perfect place near railway station. It is also not far from airport. Though rooms are spaciuos well ventilated it require maintenance. Restaurant in the group floor is well decorated. Food is good.... More

    This is the worst hotel to go for anyone. I went to Jaipur along with family in December. The worst kind of treatment you can expect here even a roadside hotel will be much better than this hotel. Hotel staff clear will tell on your face to carry your food to room but they won't provide cutlery. I was along with my kid and they just denied to any room service even after telling them that my kid is sleeping. The manager doesn't have any control on the staff. The staff says go and complain to anyone you think but I won't serve in room.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
