    The way receptionist behaves with the customers is very disgusting. The staff thinks they are very clever but are really fools (unpad donkeys).This is not the right place for ladies to stay. My suggestion is to not waste your money and also don't spoil your valuable time in staying in that dirty hotel.... More

    Don't waste a single penny at this terrible hotel.

    This hotel is a nightmare, don't spend your money here even though it's cheap. First of all, the hotel's receptionist is a very ill-mannered and rude person who doesn't know how to speak politely to a customer. We spoke to him a few days before our booking for making special accommodations for an extra bed and he agreed to it. (We even agreed to pay the required amount for the bed) On the day of the booking, he tells us that we need to pay more than the agreed amount. I was shocked and we desperately needed a place to stay so we agreed. We enter the room and it smelled SUPER awful, the bedsheets weren't washed and it looked like it has been ages since it was changed. Our extra bed wasn't put there and the queen bed we wanted was TWO single beds. The bathroom had no toiletries, no towels, the sink was dirty, the commode was dirty and the heating didn't work properly. The A/C stopped working within 20 minutes and we had to open the windows for proper ventilation. The management is very rude, one time in the evening when we were heading out, they bluntly asked for our keys before leaving the hotel room, as if we were running without paying them, keep in mind all the payment was done online. The hotel is located on 3 floors above in a compact, congested floor without an elevator. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, this hotel is a disgrace on all the hotels out there.     Worst stay ever

    One of the worst place to stay-in. No lifts, though rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor. When I reached the room that they allotted me, ac was not working. When I brought this to their notice, they gave me another room. Guess what, there was no electricity supply there. The staff expressed his helpless and asked me to cancel the booking. Since I did not have option, I waited till evening when they call electrician and corrected the problem. Now my real ordeal started. AC though working was a broken one, so you cannot direct air flow. Furniture were very old and at deplorable condition. Bathrooms were uncleaned. TV was CRT which operating in monocolour i.e. only in orange. In short TV too was broken. When I decided to sleep, within two hours I was forced awake by various blisters on my skin. Guess what the bed had a continuous supply of Wooden termites!!!. When I lifted the bedding I could see used Condoms. They have not even cleaned the room. In morning they decided to give breakfast which was only Poha, delivered to room. Wifi was not working. In short the place is pathetic. Oyo it seems has become a serial offender in showcasing something and delivering something. Quality department of Oyo seems to be lethargic and by branding these properties as Oyo are only eroding their brand. Worst experience ever!!... More

    Really Pathetic

    Hi , I visited rhis hotel as had done a booking. Online ... For two rooms for two days as had called up twice also before reaching there as they said room is confirmed as after i reached there .. Tousif the reciption guy says in a rude manner will not give any rooms because we reside ... We live in mumbai as its only for forigners and outside mumbai people can stay .. As not ready to give owners ni akso after a lot request we got the owners no and as a favour he allowed us to stay as its in free. And breakfast is pathetic... Pls do jot go to this hotel as not worth for staying. Hope this helps someone before selecting for hotels.... More

    Earlier i have experienced very poor service and response. Now they have improved altot. Receptionist Mr.Thousif is very proactive and give proper solutions to your queries, where as the other guy Mr.amjad does not care about any queries of custmer at all. Hotel Galaxy Avenue is a budget hotel in Mumbai located 1 Km from Chembur Station and 4 Km from Diamond Garden. This hotel offers free breakfast services and complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity in all rooms. Housing a total of 18 rooms, this 3 storey hotel in Mumbai offers in-room television, telephone, mini-refrigerator, work desk, tea/coffee maker, safety locker and an attached bathroom with toiletries and hot and cold running water facility.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
