    Worst service i have ever been seen, I went to bath and there was not tawel and when I asked for tawel it has been given after 1 hours 30min. If you want to spoil your mood and trip the go with this hotel staff are totally unprofessional and cheap.... More

    We stayed here as part of an organised tour. Staff we very unfriendly and unwilling to help. The area is not good. You really need a tuk tuk or a taxi to get anywhere. We used the metro that is 20 minutes walk away which is good but you get pestered a lot in this area. Reception phoned taxi for us that tried to scam us, then phoned a tuk tuk that he knew which, again, tried to scam us (I know its india and this happens but still reflects badly) Worst of all I forgot my go pro camera in the room. When I phoned up the same day to see if someone can store it and we can retrieve it before we fly back out to delhi the receptionist laughed down the phone and hung up. When phoned again they became very aggressive and shouted down the phone before again hanging up. Everywhere else we stayed in India was much better than this. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Worst hotel we stayed in, in our entire 1 years travelling, not an understatement... More

    We were having a stopover in Delhi for a day on the start of our European trip.This was a budget accommodation arranged by the travel agent. Hotel is a normal/ average one with minimal facilities of a 3 star. The food also is average and they served both North Indian and South Indian cuisine.The Karol Bagh market which is famous for dress/footwear/mobiles is walkable distance.My rating is as follows:- Cleanliness- 7/10 Ambience-5/10 Value for money- 7/10 Food-5/10 ...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
