    Affordable accommodation in Mumbai

    The rooms are comfortable, though there are no windows. The main advantage is the location. It's near metro cinema and close to marine drive. Close to CST station and VT. The staff, from the manager to the waiters at the restaurant to the housekeeping staff are very warm and always ready to help you. I would recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place to stay. I hope the rooms were more ventilated, there was slight damp smell in the rooms. Hope they will take care of it.... More

    I came to this hotel on a GAdvenures tour where the accommodation was supposed to be ‘basic’ so was just after somewhere clean and safe to stay as a solo female traveler. The room was tiny and it is cramped, but I was only there for 1 night so it didn’t really matter. The room was clean and comfortable with a perfectly adequate shower. I was lucky enough to have wifi in my room which was a bonus. I understand accommodation is expensive in Mumbai so would recommend here for somewhere well priced, safe and clean in a good location!... More

    The rooms are really small and have no windows, however they are clean and have comfortable beds. Fast wifi and hot showers. It's stuffy due to no windows and kind of feels like sleeping in a shoebox but it's good for those with a budget wanting something basic and clean.... More

    I spent about a week at the Fortune Select Exotica Hotel in Navi Mumbai in November of 2018. The hotel was beautifully appointed, centrally located, and staffed by an impressive group of dedicated professionals. The dining (breakfast and dinner) was excellent with a buffet that offered the best of Indian cuisine. Most impressive, though, was the staff. Friendly, personable and conscientious.     Stayed there for 4 days.Main USP of this hotel is the location. Marine drive,wankhedee stadium is in walking distance. I was upgraded from deluxe room to superior room. Superior room is spacious and regular housekeeping was done but still a damp smell was always there. Breakfast was complementary in my package.Food was okay.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
