    stayed for one night on offical trip hotel is at prime location easily reacheable.. At early check in they have given me a room without any window as a eco small size.. Afterwards they change me to another with a twin bed as i had to stay for one night i managed Bathrooms are cleaned where the rooms should be more clean.. Staff is although good but they need some assistance as the bang the door bell again and again wether i had kept in on do not distrub mode..     Good hotel at cheap cost for short stays, hotel is located on first floor having easy access through elevator, clean and we'll maintained rooms and we'll decorated, the staff was also good. The only issue was breakfast which was not upto standard.... More

    Comfortable enough for short stay, although the entrance is weird (they don't occupy the whole building). The location is acceptable, but far from the old city or from whatever can be considered a touristic attraction, but anyway the city is big. I was lucky to get a quiet room. They offer all that's advertised. Bathroom and sheets could have been cleaner. The staff was reluctant in offering touristic information, perhaps because their English was poor. Not recommended for families; does not have a restaurant.... More

    This hotel is nice and clean. it is very close to good restaurants and on the ahmedabad- Rajkot highway. What impressed us the most was the fantastic service. We had requested the manager, Mr Gopal for hot water for bathing at 4 am and to our joy, he called us up at exactly 4am and told us that hot water was coming in our tap. Its always a struggle to get hot water early in the morning. We would like to thank him for the great service. His team were very polite and showed us where we could eat.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
