    Booked in Oct 2017 after reading good reviews. Sadly the hotel was a disappointment.Staff shortage, room service had long delays. Management was present but refused to even say a friendly hello to their guests. Staff congregated around reception area a lot of the time. Hot water shortage everyday, Had to shower in cold or luke warm water. When complained we were told the solar panels are insufficient for the size of the hotel and we had to wait a few hours before water warmed up again. never had a visit from manager in a whole weeks stay.Porter service always looking for tips to do their payed job. In room service menu did not have many of the items available. Very disappointing experience al together. However one member of staff in the restaurant made extra effort to do his best ( Gurvinder singh). Will not be visiting again and would not recommend if you are looking for good stay. Wi fi is poor and often limits are used by other guests by logging in through your room number details.... More

    This hotel may be value for money if booking is done directly through Hotel. Booking done through other portal gives you a high end deal which is not at all worth it. This hotel is situated inside of residential area which doesn't make it worth as far commuting to other location to visits are concerned. Breakfast buffet is pathetic... More

    Me and my family stayed here for 01 night during the visit of Jaipur, We got a nice room having two beds (Big size) with all necessary amenities, Very comfortable rooms with an Indian old world charm, reminded me of the Marigold Hotel. Overview

Located on the main Tonk Road, this 3Star contemporary hotel is surrounded by the ancient Aravali Mountains and set on the edge of three lakes. There are 22 guestrooms to choose from. Guests can order for their complimentary breakfast through the 24hours room service and can select an Indian or Continental fare from the menu card presented at the Kostubh Restaurant. Guests can rejuvenate with a body massage session at the treatment room. The travel counter organizes tour of the beautiful city.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
