    The most uncomfortable hotel to stay

    it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. when we checked in at about 11 p.m.,there was no one in the reception and after sometime, one man came.He was not aware about our booking. Then he checked something in a small note book, but in vain. We told that we had paid the amount and booked an a/c room.He allotted one a/c room on the 2ndfloor. Lift was not working. The room was very dirty. Even water was not available. When we switched on the a/c, there was no cooling effect. The room boy said that it may take sometime. But after sometime, the a/c went off completely. On complaining, he gave us another room around 03.30am,which was also dirty.TV was not working.no light in bathroom. The room was stinking.For heaven sake, pl. do not go to this great hotel.... More

    Budget Hotel Fit for a Short Stay

    I stayed on two occasions in a deluxe room, once in the ground floor and the second time in the first floor. The room and furniture are old fashioned. The AC was working but atimes leaking. The toilet was small with the regular fixtures. But most of the time the flush and taps were leaking. Room service was poor. The room in the ground floor did not have any windows. The ones in the first floor had one but could not be opened. The wardrobe was smelly. The sheets in the bed were white and clean. But the quality of the pillow and the mattress was very bad—hard. There were no coffee/tea makers in the room. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Food (vegetarian) was outsourced from a restaurant across the road. But that was tasty. It is better to walk down to that restaurant and eat or pick up the food. The personnel in the reception had problems with the language as most of them spoke in Tamil or Malayalam. English was understood. The hotel does not accept credit cards or cheques only cash. As the hotel is located on a busy road, noise pollution is high. But the noise decibel inside the room in the inner side of hotel reduced the sound. Instruct the reception not to clean the room in your absence. Some of the room service personnel expected tips. The hotel is bearable for a stay of a day or two for the price. Travel desk is non-existent. One can pick up any transport if one emerges out of the room as it is centrally located on a busy thoroughfare.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
