Not up to the mark

I stayed over there few time,staff is ok but the service they should upgrade bcz people stay over there bcz it's very close to airport any easy access.but room is too small if u spend 1500/1800 and if u got a cozy small room then it's a very disappointed.some same happened with me.Bad experience

I got a chance to stay in hotel eastern plaza ,vip road kolkata in third week of november.The hotel staff is very rood .after spending one night i told them to change towels but they did not. room was also not cleaned. Quality of food and service is not good.

Last 2005 state the Market. i think so And we was very happy about the market . that time they"er included new escalator stair and we was going lots of time the market. very nice looking the market and in the market have lots of mobile seal shop.Budget hotel

A budget hotel with neat rooms. At very affordable price, it is a best deal. Crew are helpful and responsible. Food is good. A better hotel in the region than many hotels. The location is good and nearby big bazar and kfc.Satisfied

I stayed only for one night Overall satisfaction was good. Rooms are small but clean,same for the bathroom also,if u order room service they have good menu but some main items are not available,like tandoori iyems club sandwich. I didn't went for the breakfast so I do not have any comments on that. Staffs are good an helpful. Now go to the TV most of the channels are not available,please have a look into it. So I enjoyed my stay,as I am from same background (hotel industry). Good job guys,keep up the good work. Thank u all.

- Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
