    pathetic room condition and facility in the hotel. They are charging un reasonably high for the food. Staff are very rude and for everything you need to pay extra. Rooms are stinking. They don't have basic understanding for the customer service. Breakfast is pathetic. Photos present on OYO or Make my trip don't match with the quality. Very bad behavior of Staff.     I cant say it's the best one..We were offered beds separately..The charging sockets of the room were of no use..we had to put our mobiles in the bathtoom to get it charged..the only socket was helping us out to charge our mobiles..the staffs were good..complimentary breakfast offered as we have booked the same hotel through oyo..Rest of the services were good.     This was the worst hotel ever stayed by us. Pathetic to be precise. lousy staff. Unkempt room, walls had leakages, TV did not work, breakfast was very limited options Checkin and checkout was painfully slow. Check in took about half an hour. Check out about 45mins as the machine was not working ! We had no option as this was a last minute online booking. The photos online were probably during inauguration !     Made reservation on phone 4 days before, spoke to guy called UTPAL , who confirmed that needful done, Even on 17jan before leaving delhi had re-confirmed the booking but to my utter surprise when I reached the hotel on 18 eve arnd 2245 hrs , I was refused room and the guy who confd the room was in the hotel and refused to show his FACE , post waiting for more than 45 mts at reception and lots of shouting , i was given a shanty room , minus cleanliness ( see pictures ) just to oblige at that point of time since it was quite late, The Room was not at all worth the money charged, You can get better place to stay , Please Refrain this property from stay. Breakfast was pathetic , un-edible. u can better food on the street. ... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
