    I've been travelling to Old Manali for the last 4 years every now & then and this hotel has always been my first preference for lodging. To start with, the manager of this hotel is a warm humble person. The location is great, as it is 2 mins walking to the left of the bridge. As the name goes, rooms have a backdrop of the river flowing through Old Manali and shops & cafe are all around the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, with running hot water, wooden flooring and a balcony in almost every room, hotel dream river is a budget hotel to stay-in on your visit to Old Manali.... More

    First the rooms- Good- Rooms are specious,with wooden flooring and balcony just beside the gushing stream. Hot water was available 24/7. Taste of food is very good. Now the not so good- Bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, we used our own sheet over hotels. we booked the hotel at 10 pm in the night while returning from Kaza. They refused to serve food at the room, it was just spoilsport. we were forced to come down after making a whole day of tiring journey. There is no parking, parking has to be made at the public parking around 200 mtrs from the hotel. After sensing our mood the service was improved from the day two.... More

    I was leading a group of 24 friends and family and reached Manali on 12th June via Rotang Pass from Jispa. The road from rotang pass to Manali was too crowed with very long que of vehicles. I suggest who are entering from that side to Manali to reach outskirts of Manali by 3 pm if it is Saturday / Sunday. These 2 days are having 2 much traffic. Manali is a very nice place to stay for 2/3 Nights. All restaurants and pubs run live music till late night. In the day time walk around the city and chat with friends... More

    The location of the hotel Dream River is very good. There many cafes and souvenir shops nearby. Rooms were clean and cozy. Prices were reasonable. Our host Mr.Shonu Singh was very courteous and helpful. Room service is quite prompt.... More

    We stayed in this Hotel Dream River Manali situated in old Manali many temple road near bridge. I would like to Thank Akhil & Nikhil for such a excellent hospitality.These two guys are doing their best to make their guest most comfortable in their hotel. Stayed in super deluxe room on 3rd floor..verrry nice room with a beautiful view of manalu water and the best that one one can hear the soothing sound of water. Excellent location for all kinds of holidays. Thanks guys for making our stay memorable one and will come again and again to stay at your place.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
