    Disgusting and Horrible Place

    Our agent brought my family and myself to this pathetic and horrible place which isn't even worth to be called an inn. I really can't understand how it could be classified as a hotel as there are no standards in that disgusting place. We checked-in at 04H30 in the morning after a very long trip and we didn't had the choice to stay there as my parents are old and we were all very tired. Upon check-in we did the registration and we had 2 rooms and the staff we teenagers who carried our luggage to our rooms. The lift is an old one and when we reached on our floor we could see dirty plates lying down outside several rooms and it was disgusting. We entered our room and it was a stuffy place and it wasn't very clean and the curtains were dirty, loose and not fixed properly. The bathroom was dirty and in a terrible state. I was really put off on seeing all this and I just wanted to get out this horrible place. I tried to rest for some time but could hardly do so as every was stuffy and not clean. I immediately made up my mind that my family and myself will not stay there and I will look for a decent hotel and check out of this hell...... At 07H00 in the morning I wanted to use the internet and I had to pay an extra charge and yet wifi isn't available in your room so I had to move to another floor to use the internet. I had to sit in a corridor and use the internet. The hotel team (mainly teenagers) were supposedly working but they were having fun among themselves like kids in a playground. This was very disturbing and distracted me a lot. I called my agent and told him that my family and myself wanted to checkout from this pathetic place as it was not according to our standards and requirements. Breakfast isn't even available in this place. I went out and looked for another option and we moved out from this disgusting place which on top of that is expensive too. I would not recommend this pathetic place to any traveller. Please watch out.... More

    This is horrible dirty place. The toilet was used and never flushed when we checked in. The location is horrible and the staff rude. As soon as we went to get something to eat they switched off the electricity for our room. They refused to give us the wifi password even though an extra amount was paid for it. And when eventually they did give us the password we have to go to a different level to use the wifi...a horrible experience. .we never recommend it to anyone ... More

    It is a budget hotel with bad service but good location for tourists since it is in Fort. I guess that is the reason for higher prices. i would recommend moving further form town and get a better room for the same cost.... More

    Its a good hotel but needs wireless Internet services. Prices are high but too sizes are big. No one offers this size in the area. Washrooms need cleaning. Staff is very. Friendly. Safe did not work in my room. Difficult to get Mobile signal on lower floors.... More

    The hotel needs a renovation. It is a Budget hotel.. Staff helpful n friendly..location a bit difficult for taxi drivers though it is found on a main road.There are a few restaurants nearby.. Overall good for a very short stay..... More

Overview

Hotel Dolphin is situated in Mumbai, at a distance of 1 km from C.S.T railway station and 20 km from the airport. It is well-equipped with 30 tastefully designed rooms, across 5 floors. Guests are offered facilities like healthy breakfast services, a parking space, room service and a 24-hour front desk facility to answer queries. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
