i came around 12.20 AM from the airport firstly they refused to open the gate tough i have my booking done online. they too 30 min argument to open the gate and refused to give me towels & the employee went back to bed.
after one day when i checked out they asked for tips as they wake up 7AM for me. when i refused to pay extra tips they said to me never come back again.... More

This place was the worst we have ever stayed in in our lives!! I cannot believe they have the nerve to charge what they do. The bed sheets are stained and dirty, there had been snots wiped all over the walls. Absolutely disgusting!! The staff don't even do the bare minimum and demand a tip on check out. They will make a scene if you don't tip them. I would have rather slept in the waiting hall at the train station. ... More

The worst part is they didn't allow us to check-in after the confirmed booking through makemytrip. They need the same address proof on both the ids of the couple. Can anyone tell me that how it is possible for a newly married couple that they have the same address on both the ids.
Always check them twice before check-in. otherwise your first days and mood will spoil only because of their worst policies.... More

Well I Stayed There Almost 6 times. owner of the hotel is simply amazing. very good person. wifi internet was available. but if anyone is going there after 12 pm the roomboy always misbehave sometime refused to open the door too. once i arrived around 1 PM from the airport they said they don't have any room. but very next morning i moved their and the owner said room was available. i am again saying it's a very good place to stay. but if ur planning to party late night careful with the service boys. or try to find another hotel. other wise with family this place is perfect....
