    Pathetic Room Service & Bar Service

    We went on a tour to Jaipur and booked this hotel from 7th to 9th July'2017. The rooms were ok but they have one of the worst service facility. The waiter couldn't find the opener so he opened the bottle from his mouth and that was very disgusting. Also, we booked 4 rooms out of which 1 room had a below average AC. We had to make a shift to another room. They say that they have wifi but will not work in the room. And the 1 which has good network will not be able to access it. The bar is good as far as ambiance is concerned but again their service is very pathetic and slow. The waiter used to come to our table 4-5 times for just confirming the order. After that, he will bring something. Very bad experience. But at the end, one good thing that happened to us was that after we checked out, after about 30 minutes, we got a call that 1 of our member had left his phone in the room.     Our stay here was perfect! The moment we arrived we were greeted by smartly dressed safari clad staff, with fresh juice a cool flannel and enthusiastic warm welcome. The rooms were aptly safari decorated with 2 huge beds a bathroom each and was spotless clean. Food was excellent with a good choice each night. The pool was a lovely oasis to relax between safaris. The shop was fab place to shop without harassment with the options to order tailored item. The staff really interested in what you had seen/ experience and are the heartbeat of this hotel and You would have to go far to beat this in all aspects - highly recommended! ... More

    We spent New Years at the Villas. Good food, drinks, bonfire and music. Couldn't ask for more. Our rooms were exceptional and it was nice having two bathrooms in our room. Convenient for the tours to Ranthambhore to see the tigers. The owner of the hotel spent time with us as and has beautiful photo's of the animals in the park.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
