    Hotel website promised 10% refund for solo female travellers which was false.. Also promised free airport transfer, also false. No option for paying with credit card which left me short of cash and staff very intrusive barging into room when delivering room service and looking around room. Also on few occasions had people knocking loudly on door late at night and pushing buzzer incessantly, also trying several times to open door and they had the wrong room anyway. When booking room site promised balcony which was also not delivered only a very small window I couldn't not even wide enough to fit head through. Not at all the hotel described on website ... More

    I visited this place with my friend on 13 July of a night, night staff is bit lazzy taking way to much time. Room was good with mini bar refrigerator, food is also good. service staff is friendly and know their stuff.... More

    It is located in the busy Paharganj (Arak Hasan Road) area. Rooms are well maintained, though the hotel seems to be an old one. Manager and staff are quite co-operative. They have a coffee house which serves tasty snacks and pastries. I would like to stay here again and would recommend others to try it. Almost all rooms have a mini fridge with cold drinks and snacks, which may be consumed on a chargeable basis. Most of the A.C's are window type.... More

    Its is one of the best hotels in pahargunj ,excellent rooms with fresh feel ,hotel rooms are very clean,room service of 24 hours inside room you will find basic requirements life snakes,small refrigerator with soft drinks ,lcd tv and A.C all in good condition. I am coming to pahargunj delhi since 20 years and was staying in other hotels but experience with this hotel is like home with affordable budget ,all staff members are behaving nicely .bed sheets pillows and rooms are always clean and at the same time if u tell staff to change anything they immediately respond.. SOME PEOPLE HAVE GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK I REALLY FEEL THAT DUE TO SOME PERSONAL ATTITUDE THEY MUST HAVE GIVEN OTHERWISE ....HOTEL IS SUPERB WITH BIG SPACE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.... More

    Enjoyed my stay very much. Friendly staff, nice ambience & value for money. Food was delicious especially desserts. Rooms were clean good housekeeping. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very strong. Very hardworking staff. There was a personal touch in everything. I would definitely recommend the Hotel & their services.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
