    I booked this hotel online with some good reputer booking portel but my experience was very bad.In the address they say this hotel is placed in 'CHHOTA SHIMLA' which is not true and we have to move around 3 hrs to find hotel since chhota shmla and Shimla is arount 7 kms far off. Secondly they don't picked up phone when you call for direction and by mistake they picked up your call you were misguided by them since unprofessional staff sitting on otherside. Now coming to room very bad condition and waiting room is just in front of your rooms particularly on entry floor it is nightmare for room guest since you get visitors at any time and any numbers and making lots of noise and polluting your peace.Also the staff members temprting them for the shake of TIPS they get from this visitors who came for either refreshing or for some time shelter to this place also local broaker who bring visitor to this hotel spoils you stay.my recommendation " pl don't go even if it is free". condition of room is not good and need immediate renovation....     Parking is the only plus point.

    Its a budget hotel with parking as a plus point. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the market area and is at a 20 min walk from the mall road. The surrounding of the hotel is peaceful and the view from the hotel's window is surrounded with timber trees. Although the staff is cooperating, the hotel lacks adequate services.The hotel rooms are in a desperate need of maintenance with paint coming off from the room's and toilet's wall.The room is equipped with a t.v. and is averagely furnished. The is toilet is equipped with a geyser and hot water is available 27*7. Linen and mattress needs to be changed too. To sum up, the hotel is suitable if you looking for parking and need to spend the night in Shimla. Note: The hotel doesn't has a dormitory for drivers but certain arrangements are made when asked for.... More

    Pathetic Hotel with Worst Location & Services

    In the shortest possible words I can suggest " DONT GO" to this hotel. Bad Location--> As its on Thandi Sadak, so theres no sunlight at all. Worst Service--> No toileteries in the toilet. Dirty Linen--> Although the owner assured for better services in future but it was really pathetic when I visited. Dirty Walls--> no white was since almost more than an year. The walls were in a pathetic condition containing all the marks starting from shoes to mosquito dead bodies. Dim Light--> Light so dim that you have to search anything by using your phone light.     The hotel condition is not Good needs maintenance but the service is good. Location is very good close to Mall road. Only 10 mins walking distance from mall road. The view is good and there are only 5 rooms with parking facility.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
