    Just in front of the airport, rooms are clean and nicely decorated (some have strong smell of cigarette smoke) I dont know why the people behind the counter are so rough. At least this helper, Vinod, was lovely and helpful. I ask 2-3 times for something (wifi, water bottle, etc.) and i took forever... When i left, guy at reception tried to charge me taxes on my fare. It's like if they try to get more and more all the time... But still, its a good place to go when you are aware of all these things ;) (by the way, i speak hindi and it was usefull there).... More

    A lot of people who write reviews for places have 1 bad experience and pick other reasons to write the bad review but in our case we had 1 bad experience after another. I am shocked that a relatively big hotel right next to the airport does not have English speaking staff and to be honest their staff seem to have no concept of customer service at all. Manners and politeness is a universal language and can be spoken anywhere, except for hotel de Aura. Thoroughly disappointed with the service here. Tried to get food in the restaurant to be told there is no menu? In a restaurant? We booked this hotel 4 weeks prior to staying here, upon welcoming staff should have reminded us about the included breakfast or at least what time breakfast is served until, which they did not. The Tv did not work and when we asked the staff could they fix it they literally ran away from our door. The internet does not work on the first floor or the 4th "restaurant" floor. We Ordered 2 chi's to the room waited a half hour rang the reception to be told we will make them now. The bathrooms weren't clean, stains on the toilet and sink. For the price we paid I expected so much more and we were horribly disappointed with our Stay here so be warned before booking. On the positive the bed was quite comfortable and the room was quiet and the 1 staff member that did speak English was somewhat polite. Unfortunately the bad, by far, outweighs the good. ... More

    Close to the Airport but not worth your money

    This hotel is situated very close to the Airport and that is its greatest advantage. The hotel has a taxi service operating at an extra cost to cover the distance to the airport at any time of the day or night. We took a very early morning flight. The room size is big and spacious but that is all the good things to say about this place. Bed-sheets were barely clean but the AC was working. There was no water early morning in one of the two rooms which delayed our departure. We were not given any drinking water in our rooms. We checked in very late around 11.30pm and left very early around 6am. The room rents were budget but facilities in the rooms not good at all. Bathrooms were not well designed as to the flow of the water and they could certainly keep it more clean. They were shabby and badly need some upgrading.... More

    Located just off main NH8, hotel De Aura has the advantage of easy accessibility. One can just walk down to Aerocity metro station ( 10 mins away) Cabs/ buses /public transport and connections to Gurgaon / Delhi city centre are avaliable just out side the main entrance. Its a mid-range compact property, The reception/lobby area is well kept and more spacious than most hotels in Mahilpalpur area. Front office staff is well behaved and prompt and positive vibes emerge all over. Rooms are ok by Mahipalpur standards9 Just about enough space to move about and be comfortable .. i have seen really crammy cubbyholes in many hotels here . All facilities seem recently refurbished.. so have a contemporary look and washrooms are fitted with all modcons.. no cribbing on that score. A pleasant option for folks enroute or in transit to board a flight.... More

    Stayed in a double room, July 2017, room 202 (apparently some rooms are better than others based on some reviews, but I only seen this one). + Free Wifi... - ...but the login system doesn't work, ask at reception for them to put it on for you. + Decent location, not far in a taxi from the airport. + Good price. + Air Con and a fan in the room, kept the room cool during the heat. + Decent bed, plenty of pillows too. + Free Breakfast (This was on the 4th floor from 7am-12pm). They had tea, coffee, cereal, rice, toast, naan bread (and a few other things that I couldn't name. The chef also made us an omelette, which wasn't on the buffet, so worth asking. + Pleasant staff. - Room service number didn't work. - Electricity cut out twice during our stay, once lasted for less than a minute and one lasted about 30min. - We had to ask for a key to the room. - Bathroom condition was very poor (bring your own toilet roll). - Fridge was awful. - Walls had a little bit of mould. For the price, I'd say it's worth it for the night although if I was staying for a few days I would advise passing. ... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
