    This is not worth being called an hotel - it is a catastroph! We had two roooms, thay were both extremely dirty with moisture and mould on tha walls. The sheets were dirty, the bed like a stone. Staff unfriendly. Impoosible to sleep in this hotel. We left early in the morning day 1 and did not get at refund for any of the 4 nights we had paid for even that we didn´t even finish the first night. Pivtures of the hotel are totally lying. The room had a stench of mould and cigarrettes even if it was non-smoking. The toilet seat was loose. If you are European or from the US - don´t go here the standard is below zero on a European scale.... More

    Rude incharge, poor service no management. Ordered food in resturant after 30 min they said I need to look for another option & ordered tea ..they didn’t serve in time & they serve late & was also only a cup of tea instead of two cup...bathroom flush was not working /dusty furniture /bad smell. Taxi driver took commission from hotel got charged more than online price. & taxi driver also charged 3 time more than the distance we travelled 500rs for Uber distance 97Rs. Full of thugs n worst service we received ever!!... More

    The room was just average for the paid price. The air condition did not function. The key and lock of the hotel room was not repaired and it took forever to open the door. The wifi couldn't be connected during the two nights that I was there. I informed the guy in the front desk three times about wifi but they didn't care to attend and solve the problem. The front desk guy doesn't seem friendly at all and when we enquire something he is busy focused on something else and do not attend. ... More

    Poor managed hotel run by children

    This is the first negative review I have ever left on TripAdvisor. My stay had so many things wrong with it, it's insane. The underlying foundation for this review is poor hospitality, rude employees, and total lack of training of the staff. The rooms don't look much like the pics posted online, my bathroom had no running water and I had to wait for an hour for them to fix it, there were rats running around the corridors, the restaurant is run sooo poorly, like a bunch of children running around and the food was of such poor quality and poorly made, not to mention the dining hall was dirty. The chairs were disgusting too. Lastly they didn't even take a look at my booking prior to me coming and they didn't bother responding to my enquiry. They also tried to over charge me. If the price of the hotel room was adjusted to say 300 or 350 rs per night it would all make perfect sense but the fact they are charging 800-1400 rs for rooms of that quality is outrageous...   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
