    Dear Team Dayal We are very happy during our stay (10th Nov 2019 – 14th Nov 2019) at Hotel Dayal. Our initial impression was little disappointing after seeing Delux Room No. 103 (Delux Room is very small, just sufficient for single guest, although we select it for our convenience but still) but when we shifted to Super Delux Room No. 101 on next day, we were very happy. All the Hotel staff is very attentive and courteous. The food you served is very delicious. Special thanks to cook who made food for us as per our taste. But there are some things also which you should look into to make your services perfect which I already mentioned in comments sheet. But still would like to mention it again. Some of the electrical/plumbing fittings need to be repaired. Atleast you should have small inverter backup (although you have Generator, but it takes some time to start ) which could be connected to atleast one light in each room/stairwell/lobby so that after power failure one would not feel frightened. Try to arrange parking space. You also gave us the best deal for five night stay at your Hotel. So many thanks for that also. We will definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.     Compact rooms not suitable for family

    Was booked into the hotel by Amantra Travels, the parent company. The best part about the hotel is the central location, from where local travel and sightseeing is a breeze. Food quality was good and room service, amenities as expected. One of our rooms facing the front had natural light but wasn't lucky with other one opposite to it. Rooms were small- compact and cramped for space. The beds were small and perhaps more suited for single occupancy or couple. Was difficult to accommodate kids.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
