Hotel is quite normal.and room is not well kept. They sweeped it after we entered the room. Towels are torn and anything but white.No restaurant exists and food will be cooked on order.Only attenders/house keeping staff are well behaved..
This hotel doesn't fit into hospitality sector and is just ordinary.Not worth the tariff.... More
Good outside but poor inside

The hotels looks pretty decent from outside However as soon as we booked it we were provided a room with ac which was just a helping hand to the ceiling fan as there was no cooling, false ceiling light where only one light used to work, room service was pathetic If you order something as small as tea you will receive it. After half an hour , At the onset they told they except credit card however at checkout they demanded cash.

I've stayed in the hotel for 2 days with my family. It was a nice experience to visit Puri while staying at this hotel. The sea beach is very close to the hotel, though it is not sea facing hotel. Very clean, cool and calm atmosphere. The staffs are also good. The restaurant serves food, but you have to order much earlier.... More

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 3 days from 22nd to 25th December 2014. It was a worst experience of staying there. there is no room with sea view here. They promised complimentary breakfast, at the time of booking, but not on a single day they could serve breakfast to us.You do not expect food in their restaurant. there is no existing restaurant. They want food order minimum 2 hours in advance. Means for lunch you have to order at about 9:00 AM in the morning. The behaviour of the staff especially one sitting in the front office is very very bad. Our kid soiled the bedsheets of the room and they asked us to return the bedsheets after cleaning. That problem was resolved when we agreed to pay for new bedsheets. We asked for return transport to Bhubaneswar station. they agreed to provide a car with payment of Rs.1200. After we paid the money they arranged a big 10 seater van with sharing with other persons. It was the worst experience ever we had at Puri. I never recommend anybody to prefer this hotel.... More
